If you fancy getting off park, you’re never more than a short drive away from one of the nearby beaches at Fraisthope, Bridlington or Hornsea, or if you’re a walking enthusiast, there are plenty of public footpaths along the coast. Plus, you can’t forget the amazing views over the North Sea.

There is so much to see and do in and around Skipsea Sands Holiday Park. As you will have the luxury of both a countryside and also a beach setting you can take advantage of the natural surroundings for exploring and relaxing.

The beaches in the East Yorkshire area are very nice and we recommend a visit to Filey Beach which is just 15 miles from Skipsea Sands. Here you will find a very long golden beach with a pretty promenade and scattered beach huts along the beach edge. Alternatively there is a nice beach at Cayton Bay which is more intimate and has a breathtaking backdrop of cliffs.
