Scratby is 1 mile closer to Great Yarmouth than Hemsby. This resort has a quieter feel to it than Hemsby with the sandy beach only 300 metres from the holiday park. Access to the beach is by a tarmac-surfaced slope.
The Beach Road Chalet Park has a heated outdoor swimming pool that is free to guest staying on the park. Shops, restaurants,s, and a fish and chip shop can be found at the entrance to the park. A clubhouse with evening entertainment is located on the adjacent holiday park.

By Road: When arriving in Great Yarmouth follow the signposts for Caister on Sea. At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Caister Bypass, signposted Hemsby. At second roundabout take 2nd exit and continue forward onto Scratby Road, turn right onto Beach Road. By Public Transport: First Buses run services between Great Yarmouth and Scratby but these can be limited at certain times of year. Please chcek details before travelling. Accessible by Public Transport: Great Yarmouth station is 6 miles away.
