The Orchards Holiday Village

The Orchards Holiday Village is packed with brilliant things to do. It sits among seawater creeks, near the charmingly named maritime town of Brightlingsea. Splash around in the heated indoor pool, play with inflatables, floats and party to your favourite tunes. The park also caters for the toddles with a lovely paddling poo. Orchards has some of our favourite self-catering holiday homes and set on a park with so much variety you’ll never get bored. There’s archery and Segway’s. Outdoors, you’ll find 2 lakes for coarse fishing and a challenging (par 32) 9-hole golf course to take a swing at. Off park you can. Step onto a sea wall walk straight from the park and Gaze across the seawater creeks to Mersea Island.

Just down the road for many, there are wide skies and beautiful sunsets – plus some of the UK’s best weather and lively resorts like Clacton-on-Sea. An easy escape from London or the East Midlands. Here you can holiday at a gentler pace, enjoying miles of gorgeous, sandy clean beaches. Not far inland are many wonderful gardens, villages and the enchanting Norfolk Broads.
