A fresh and modern chalet with all the home comforts, relax on the sofa and watch TV or a DVD, get out and about, and enjoy the North Devon coast.
Watch the sea go by with a glass of wine.

For dining in, there is a 4-seater table plus a small table and 2 children’s chairs for kiddie’s meals or playtime. You are welcome to let the little ones take the table and chairs outside to play.
The main bedroom has its own TV and double wardrobe to get properly unpacked. There are 2 USB charging points and a further two in the lounge.

Double USB charging points in the lounge and main bedroom allow the whole family to get charged! The clubhouse has free Wi-Fi which can be picked up outside the chalet.
All rooms except the kitchen have electric heating and the chalet is double glazed throughout.

Our second bedroom has sliding doors opening out onto a large grassy area and can sleep 3. On the bottom bunk, a double futon sofa bed sleeps 2 with a single top bunk. There is a safety gate to deter escapees!
All beds are made ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linen and towels. If you need extra linen for the flip-down sofa in the lounge, please request this.

Check yourself in and out using the key box. No queues or delays.

The fresh and bright bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. There is a combo washer/dryer, iron, and mini ironing board. Towels are provided.

Outside is a small sunny patio at the rear with a gas BBQ or you can pop a chair out front and watch the sunset over the lawn. Front row position means unobstructed views out to sea and an open lawn right at the door.
There is plenty of close-by parking and you can park right outside to unload.

You are welcome to bring up to 2 small/medium dogs at an additional charge, bowls, bags, and biscuits included. Please bark to book!

Although the park can be quite steep in areas the chalet is just a short, mostly level walk from the swimming pool, restaurant, and entertainment area. There is plenty of nearby parking and you can unload next to the chalet.
BASICS are provided: Loo roll, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and pepper. Tea towels, fairy liquid, cleaning cloths, and spray.
