2 bedroom dog friendly holiday chalet with fully enclosed front patio in Oxwich Bay Gower, Swansea. A stunning coastal location available for rentals Saturday to Saturday from mid March – December. Sleeps a family of 4 with adequate room for a large travel cot which can be provided on request (1 king size bed with pillows and duvet, 2 single beds with pillows and duvets). **Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided**

Chalet has a fully functional kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities that you will need for your stay. Both Tesco and Sainsburys deliver to us so you can order your shopping in advance or you can collect it on your way through Swansea as you pass both stores en route. There are also many takeaways, fish and chip shops and petrol stations with shops that make and sell local produce in the area surrounding Oxwich Bay as well as the Oxwich Bay hotel and Beach house restaurant just a 10 minute walk away.
The chalet has both a front and rear patio with tables and chairs for you to enjoy your meals or a few drinks Al fresco. The front patio is now fully enclosed with a brand new glass balustrade making it secure for both dogs and young children. There is also a large communal grassed area directly off the patio where children can play safely in view of the chalet.
The chalet has parking for 2 cars one behind the other directly to the rear of the property with parking on site for additional cars in the designated visitors spaces.

Excellent base for exploring the beautiful picturesque Gower peninsula. 10 minute walk to the all year round dog friendly beach where there are a range of water sports available (seasonal) and 2 beach front cafes. You can also enjoy a meal and a few drinks at either the Oxwich Bay Hotel or Beach house restaurant. There is also a lovely shop/cafe/fish and chip shop on the road just before arriving at the beach. The chalet is an ideal accommodation if you are visiting the area for a wedding/special occasion or just want to enjoy the scenery. We are ideally situated for other beautiful coastal walks to Port Eynon or three Cliff’s and central to many other local attractions as well as being a short drive into mumbles, Swansea.

Non-refundable £50 deposit secures the booking plus a £100 damage and cleaning bond which will be refunded in full if on inspection there is no damage or extra cleaning required.
Please specify in your enquiry the number and breeds of any dogs that will be staying for an additional £15 per dog per stay.
All bookings run for 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday between late March and December £385-£675pw.

Provided that the guest pays the full balance on time, they can receive:
– a 50% refund of the total amount paid by the cancellation date if they cancel up to 14 days before check-in.
– a 25% refund of the total amount paid by the cancellation date if they cancel within 7 days of check-in.
Should we still be affected by COVID at the time of your stay, guests will be offered a full refund of any payments made or the opportunity to put the deposit towards another date with proof of positive COVID PCR.
