Situated the the beautiful South Hams, within easy reach of the historic maritime city of Plymouth, Dartmoor, Cornwall , (just across the River Tamar either by water on the ferry to Torpoint or the roadbridge crossing alongside Brunel’s iconic rail bridge), it is a perfect location whatever your interests.
Our own holiday retreat, number 64, is one of 84 privately owned chalets situated in Bovisand Park. Most are owner occupied and there is a friendly but tranquil atmosphere. On site there is a cafe and small shop, and there are pubs and other amenities in the villages close by.
The chalet is immaculately presented comprising two bedrooms, a bathroom with a generous electric shower, toilet and hand basin, and a lounge/ dining kitchen area overlooking the patio and Plymouth Sound.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need for meal preparation and presentation, with a full sized double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and deep freeze.
Please note that towels and tea towels are not provided but loo rolls, soap, washing up liquid and other cleaning cloths and materials are, along with an iron and ironing board.
There is a two seated sofa and two arm chairs, TV with free view and DVD player, dining table for 4, with additional seating of 3 sun loungers and a patio dining set.
The bedrooms, with linen provided, each have a wardrobe, drawer storage and additional blankets.
Heating is by electric oil filled radiator.
There is a fire alarm/smoke detector and a fire blanket and extinguisher in the kitchen area.

Negotiable times and days with minimum of 3 nights at other periods at £85.00 at off-peak periods. Part weeks may be negotiable at peak periods, including at Christmas and New Year.
The rental price includes a car pass for one car with allocated parking close to the chalet. We regret that motorbikes are not allowed within the park but can be parked at the entrance gate.
Your booking will be secured with a non refundable deposit of £100.00 per week or 25% of part weeks.
Full payment 4 weeks before arrival along with £100 damage and breakages security which will be returned if the property is left as found. If full payment is not received four weeks before your arrival date, the deposit will be retained and the booking cancelled.
If the chalets becomes unavailable (e.g. through fire/flood), received monies will be refunded and no further liability accepted.
