The Location
Overlooking Plymouth Sound, right on the SouthWest Coast Path with three beautiful sandy beaches within easy walking distance with rock pools and clear water. Fabulous for swimming, snorkelling and other water activities. Steps or gently sloping path to reach the beaches. Uninterrupted sea views out to the English Channel, towards Cornwall and the River Tamar with opportunity to witness fabulous sunsets all year round. Situated in the beautiful South Hams, within easy reach of the historic maritime city of Plymouth, Dartmoor, Cornwall, (just across the River Tamar either by water on the ferry to Torpoint or the roadbridge crossing alongside Brunel’s iconic rail bridge), it is a perfect location whatever your interests.
Our own holiday retreat, number 64, is one of 84 privately owned chalets situated in Bovisand Park. Most are owner occupied and there is a friendly and tranquil atmosphere. On site is a cafe and small shop. There are pubs and other amenities in the villages close by.
The chalet is immaculately presented comprising: two bedrooms, a bathroom with a generous electric shower, and a lounge/ dining kitchen area overlooking the patio and Plymouth Sound.
The kitchen: fully equipped for meal preparation and presentation. Full sized double oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and deep freeze.
Please note – towels and tea towels are not provided but the following are: loo rolls, soap, washing up liquid and other cleaning materials. There is an iron, mini ironing board and hairdryer.
The lounge/ dining area: two seat sofa and two arm chairs, TV with free view, DVD player. Wifi is included.
Dining table for 6 with additional seating of 3 sun loungers and a patio dining set for 4.
The bedrooms: wardrobe and drawer storage, bed linen provided, (COVID 19 precaution: please remove covers and pillow cases and put in provided bag at the end of your stay).
Heating: electric oil filled radiator.
Fire alarm/smoke detector and a fire blanket and extinguisher in the kitchen area.
PARKING This is managed by PPS and payable by RingGo, phone, card or cash. £5.00 24hr, £30 for 7 Days
STRICT with Number plate recognition PAY ON ENTRY and ensure you put in your correct car registration. Then relax and enjoy the location.

The chalet has been beautifully styled and is well laid out, ideal for any weather! Situated in a cosy corner with excellent views, good parking and a good position to access all the walks and beaches!

Car parking close to the chalet. Number plate recognition parking tickets are required and should be purchased on IMMEDIATELY on entry. (£36.00 for a week or shorter periods available up to £7.00 for 24 hours).
No motorbikes allowed within the park but can be parked at the entrance gate.
Your booking will be secured with a non refundable deposit of £200 per week or 25% of full payment for part weeks.
Full payment 4 weeks before arrival along with £200 damage and breakages security which will be returned if the property is left as found. If full payment is not received four weeks before your arrival date, the deposit will be retained and the booking cancelled.
If the chalets becomes unavailable (e.g. through fire/flood/pandemic/government guidelines), received monies will be refunded and no further liability accepted.
