Located next to the sea and adjacent to the the rugged coastal path of the Rocky Coast, Llanddwyn Penthouse is a contemporary open plan, three bedroom, two bathroom marina apartment occupying the whole of the top floor. It is served by a lift, and boasts wrap around terraces from which to enjoy all day sun and breathtaking sunsets. It also benefits from plenty of free on site parking, along with a cafe store, restaurant and even a Yachtshop!
Ideally located with easy access to all of the beautiful areas to visit on our wonderful island, you can walk from the property along the promenade into the town of Holyhead, or stride out along the coastal path to the magnificent South Stack Lighthouse and enjoy panoramic views of the island, Snowdonia, the Lleyn peninsula and on a clear day, the Isle of Man. Llanddwyn Penthouse is within a few minutes’ drive to several blue flag beaches including Trearddur Bay, Porth Dafarch, Sandy Bay and Church Bay.
You may, however just want to stay put and marvel at the stunning views from the apartment, no-one would blame you!
The well appointed accommodation has two king size bedrooms each with their own en-suites and a twin room with a trundle bed, perhaps more suitable for children. The living, dining and kitchen areas are light, bright, open plan and enjoy panoramic views of Holyhead Mountain, over the bay to the Great Breakwater and the Irish Sea beyond. Distant views of Snowdon can be seen from the rear terrace over Newry Beach.
The fully equipped kitchen has a cooker, dishwasher and microwave while the separate utility room has an automatic washing machine, drier, hanging rail and storage space.
The property manager is on site and is very happy to help with any queries guests may have.
Due to the security entrance device, an assurity deposit of £100 is required however this is only applicable should the keys and fob not be returned at the end of your stay.
Please note, this is a third floor residence and it is strongly recommended that children are supervised at all times on the outside terraces.

We have a strict no smoking policy that includes the terrace. There are benches outside that smokers can use.
The primary guest must be over the age of 18 with a total of no more than 6 guests staying.
Early check-in & late departure is possible depending on circumstance. Please ask?

If a booking is cancelled less than 28 days before arrival then a small charge will be made.
Any cancellation closer than 28 days will lose the payment.
