Platinum Grade Caravan 2022 40ft Swift Bordeaux Exclusive Caravan, South Facing with 2 UPVC Decking’s with Sunken LED Floor Lighting.

It is truley a modern and contemporary style, with complementary unlimited wi-fi and sky Q for that extra special Luxury holiday or short break.

Our luxury caravan at Butlin’s Skegness, is south facing with all day sunshine.

To the side there is a 24x8ft UPVC Decking with out door Rattan Table & Chairs also a seating area to relax in. To the front of the caravan is patio doors leading onto a enclosed UPVC decking with rattan seating. To the back of the caravan is a storage area where we have a washing machine fitted.

Lounge:

This has the Wow factor from first opening the door, It is an open plan lounge with patio doors to the front, log effect electric fire, wall mounted 50″ Smart Tv, Blue tooth surround system, complimentary unlimited wi-fi, sky Q. There is a Two free standing  sofa’s  a 2 seater and a large 4 seater which pulls out to make a small double bed to sleep 2 extra guests “making it 8 berth.” It has free standing table and chairs and 2 additional stools under the coffee table, lots of plugs with phone charging socket.

Kitchen:

This kitchen has Integrated Dishwasher, Ex Large Fridge Freezer, Microwave Oven, down lighting over the work tops a full size cooker, slow cooker, air fryer, 4 slice Toaster Kettle Iron and everything else you will need to enjoy your stay.
