Booking Terms & Conditions
We can reserve your booking with a min £50 Deposit at the time of booking, this is non refundable, but come off the price of your booking.
We take a refundable £75 Bond, this is refunded within 3 Days of you vacating, after satisfactory inspection of the caravan and it’s contents, Any breakages or damage above the £75 value will be invoiced separately.
Full payment including returnable Bond is due 4 Weeks before the start Date of your booking.
We post out or e-mail full printed booking documents along with a park plan.
Strictly NO SMOKING within the caravan
The lead person booking & attending must be age 21 or over
No Stag or Hen Parties
No same sex groups more than 2 persons. (If family please ask)
When booking we make a note of the number of people and Adult / Child ratio, if this changes please let us know before arriving.
Please let us know of any damages that might occur, or items that may have stopped working, so we can rectify for you, or the next guests arriving. Thank you.
PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE OF OTHERS STAYING ON THE PARK RELATING TO NOISE OR UNRULY BEHAVIOUR, IF THIS HAPPENS YOU MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE EARLY & WITHOUT REFUND.
NO SUBLETTING, Only the people mentioned when booking and number of persons stated will be entitled to stay at the caravan, HOWEVER, if this changes please let us know before arriving thanks.
DOGS, We can allow 1 – 2 small well behaved Dogs, OR 1 medium sized, HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARK OWNERS DO NOT ALLOW DOGS TO BE LEFT ALONE IN CARAVANS, PLEASE CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BOOKING. THERE IS AN ALLOCATED DOG WALKING PARK ON THE SITE FOR YOU TO USE.
Dogs are not permitted in Bedrooms, please bring your own Dog bedding etc.
PLEASE VACATE ON TIME, AND LEAVE THE CARAVAN AS YOU WOULD WISH TO FIND IT.
WE OFFER A RETURING CUSTOMER DISCOUNT FOR THOSE WHO BOOK WITH US AGAIN (except those who are black listed of course)
