Booking Terms & Conditions
Payment must be made in full 6 weeks in advance of their stay or if booking less than 6 weeks in adavance payment made in full at time of booking.
Cancellation more than 6 weeks in advance guest will receive refund of deposit.
Guest Cancellation with less than 4 weeks until holiday will not receive a refund of any moneys paid, but offered an alternative date equal to their original booking. Ie peak or off peak depending on availability.

*no BBQs on decking
*Do not charge your car from the caravan.
*do not feed the pigeons
*do not leave daybed cushions outside when not in use
*daybed to be covered at all times when not in use.
*do not play loud music or cause disturbance to other neighbouring guests.

Upon leaving we kindly ask that you leave the van in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived.
* Kitchen appliances are cleaned after use, wash/dry dishes and wipe surfaces.
* Empty the fridge freezer and all bins.

Loss of FULL deposit for………..
Any spillages on sofa, damage to blinds, damage to daybed cushions, vomit, heavily soiled kitchen appliances and all other damage within the holiday home.
