A blue flag sea and beach that is never busy. Child friendly with no busy roads on the Estate. Easy flat walking with disabled access to the promenade. Cycle route on the promenade covering 5 miles to the seaside town of Mablethorpe in the North and the village Sandilands in the South.
A mere 10 minutes’ walk on the promenade to the traditional town of Sutton on Sea, 30 minutes drive to Skegness or catch a bus near our entrance.
Seagull Club and Restaurant: The Estate has its own club the ‘Seagull’ with regular entertainment in a Family atmosphere.

Broadband connection is available throughout the Estate and there is no charge to our guests (one connection per caravan).
A long holiday season from 1st March to 5th January for those who want to get away off-season. The estate is for owner-occupiers and relatives to guarantee your privacy. The park is served by a large sales ground of all types of Leisure homes that has a reputation of being extremely competitive.
