Hey everyone! Just a quick update for you…………

Cherished holds its own amongst the competition!

The first 13 months have been a huge success for Cherished Holiday Homes!  Owner take-up was high, rental enquires were steady and renewals are buoyant. We also formed lots of exciting ideas and collaborations with our owners and guests.

As one of the UK’s newest private owners’ website, we’ve held our own amongst the established sites, and the feedback and testimonials received from our owners has mapped out the direction we want to take for the next 12 months.

We want to share our plans with you and so we will be writing a blog each month to let you know what’s happening as we want you to be part of them.

Relationships built on a 100% success rate.

Customers and advertisers soon became owners and friends very quickly. We knew we couldn’t establish ourselves and grow without building relationships and we prioritized this before everything else. Every owner had contact from us in some shape or form from us, this would have included:

  • Setting up adverts
  • Guidance with photos & text
  • Sharing experiences
  • Working against scamming
  • New ideas
  • Working relationships
  • And most importantly of all good old fashion chit chat….

What connected every question, query and conversation was your overwhelming appreciation towards our willingness to help and be there for you 24 hours a day. You expressed how easy it was to contact us, and this has truly made us happy.

We aimed to reply to every initial message and telephone call within 10 minutes, and guess what, we didn’t let anyone down. We achieved a 100% success rate

The customer is always right!

In our case the customer is right, a bit of a bold and scary statement you might say but we truly believe it. We’re customers of our own website ourselves so we have the benefits of looking over both sides of the fence. We consider our website to be as much yours as is ours. It’s not there like most companies to take more than it gives out. We made this clear from the start and we want to push this business model even harder now, but we need your help and we want you to tell everyone that we’re different.

  • All the revenue generated by the website is invested back into it for the sole purpose of benefiting all our owners and guests.
  • Across the board all new owners and existing owners will only pay £10 for renewals on every advert. Remember this, will be invested straight back into advertising for you. Help us make those companies who charge £30, £50 or £75 and more a thing of the past.
  • We will never ask you for any other charges or commissions, we don’t believe in it, all your income will be 100% yours.
  • Our business model is fair to everyone and its working, help us by staying loyal. Don’t be sceptical.

We’re 1 year in and are already in the final stages of talks with our developers to re-work the website and its functionality and the end result will blow you away. I’ve seen it and its brilliant. Together, we are set to re-shape the private owners holiday rentals market! So, what does this mean for you.
