About the Property

We have a choice of 6 caravans that range from standard 3 bedroom caravans to 4 Bedroom caravans. All prices include bedlinen and wristbands for the amount of people required.

The passes are for the entertainment on site and these are compulsory.  Adult passes start from 15yrs old and children 2yrs to 14yrs.  Even babies need to be named at time of booking as they still count as a person.

Booking Terms & Conditions

General

The holidaymaker is the person who signs the booking form or, in the case of online booking, the person who makes the online payment.  This person is responsible for ensuring all members of the holiday party accept  and adhere to these terms and conditions.  The holidaymaker is also referred to as “you”.

The property referred to being the number of the caravan you are booking.

Bookings

A booking deposit is payable at time of booking being taken.  The booking will only become confirmed once deposit has cleared through the banking system (where appropriate).  The booking then becomes confirmed.  Until the booking is confirmed, it can be cancelled at any time without prior notice.

The balance of the rental charge, along with the damage bond, is payable not less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday by the holidaymaker.  Please be sure to note the due dates of these payments as reminders are not routinely issued.

Bookings made less than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Full details of everyone in the booking must be received at time of booking, this includes date of birth and postal address if different from lead booker.

No extra names or amendments can be made once full payment is received.  If it necessary to do an amendment then there will be a charge of £30 per change and any extra payment according to the change i.1 extra wristband.

Only persons stated on the booking can occupy the caravan.  If anyone is found to be in the caravan that is not on  the booking then the whole party will be told to leave without refund.

Cancellation by the holidaymaker

Cancellation of the booking by the holidaymaker should be made in writing which can be found on your confirmation email.

Cancellation Details

66 days or more = Deposit lost (£75)

65 to 61 days = 75% lost

60 days or fewer = 100% loss of monies paid

In the event of a cancellation, we strongly recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by us

We will endeavour to make sure the stated caravan is available for the dates contracted.  In the unlikely event the caravan becomes not available and we have to cancel the booking, we will endeavour to find the holidaymaker suitable alternative accommodation.  If suitable alternative accommodation cannot be found, the holidaymaker shall be entitled to a refund.  We will only be liable to return the monies received.  No compensation or consequential losses shall be paid.

Miscellaneous

Whilst every care is taken to provide a true and accurate description of the caravan, over time, alterations are made and some things do change.  The holidaymaker accepts that no refunds are available on such discrepancies.

The caravan owner reserves the right to enter the property, at a reasonable time, in event of an emergency or remedial repair work being required.

The caravan owner is entitled to ask the holidaymaker to leave the property without any refund if, in the property owner’s opinion, the behaviour of the holidaymaker and/or his/her party is unacceptable.

The caravan owner reserves the right to refuses entry to anyone, who in the caravan owner’s opinion is not suitable to or capable of taking charge of the property.

The holidaymaker must not make comments, or post photographs or videos in any public domain, such as Facebook or Twitter, as such action could be considered defamatory and leave you at risk of prosecution even posting on your own private pages is not recommended as anyone can copy and share without your permission.

In the event of disputes telephone calls, text messages, Facebook messages, email and written correspondence or other contact will not be tolerated.

Number of Guests

The maximum number of people entitled to stay at the caravan is those who are named on the booking form.  If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund.  Subletting or assignation of the caravan is prohibited.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in any of the caravans.

Arrival and Departure Time

Every effort will be made to have the caravans available from 4pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise stated.  The caravan must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.  Late departure will result in an additional charge being made.  Information about keys and how to collect them will be provided once full payment has been received.

Liability

The caravan owner takes no responsibility for the personal possessions of the holidaymaker or the holidaymaker’s party.  Vehicles and possessions are left entirely at the risk of the holidaymaker.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Cleaning

We would like to think the holidaymaker and party would treat the caravan as they would their own home and at the end of the holiday the caravan is left clean and tidy condition.  The caravan owner retains the right to make an additional charge for cleaning should the property not be left in a similar condition to the way it was found at the start of the holiday.

Breakages

The holidaymaker should make every effort to keep the caravan, fixtures and fittings and all contents in the same state of repair and condition as at the start of the holiday.  Any accidental damage or breakage should be reported to the caravan owner (or their representative).  The caravan owner retains the right to make an additional charge for damage and breakages although it should be noted that minor breakages and reasonable wear and tear (in the opinion of the caravan owner) will not be charged for.

Any BB pellets found in the caravan will automatically result in the damage bond withheld.

Return of Damage Bond

Your damage bond, minus any deductions, will be returned to you within 7 working days of departure
