Our spacious Static Caravan , measuring 35×10 ft, has been equipped with all the amenities to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. With double glazed windows and electric heating, even on cooler days, you’ll feel right at home.

All guests must comply with our booking terms prior to booking.
All bookings are subject to a £75 damage bond which will also become your deposit.
Any damage or breakages must be reported to the owner as/when they occur any damages may be taken from your deposit after inspection.
Bookings cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date are subject to non refundable deposit which will be 50% of the total booking amount.
Full payment must be made at a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.
No group booking or same sex bookings accepted.
No subletting accepted.
Heaters/heating equipment must not be left on and unattended nor left on through the night for safety reasons.
Any and all fixtures and fittings provided within this holiday home are the property of the owner and must not under any circumstances be removed from the boundaries of the property and/or left unattended or unsecured at any time.
Smoking is not permitted in doors.
You must clean up after any pets immediately and ensure pets do not chew or damage any fixtures or fittings including but not limited to furniture. All pets must always be taken outside for toilet needs.
We ask all guests are courteous to surrounding neighbours.
We do not permit the use of BBQ or other flame equipment in our around the holiday home except what is provided and has been tested sufficiently to be deemed necessary for your comfort.
