About the Property
There is a dining area with attached fully equipped kitchen with loads of extras including a Tassimo machine but you will have to provide your own pods.
The bathroom has a very relaxing shower and a small under basin unit with extra drawers in to keep your personal grooming effects separate and private.
Each of the bedrooms have wardrobe space and all rooms have a small radiator
For your convenience we have supplied an iron and ironing board for your use and there is a clothes airer to dry those damp clothes after a trip to the beach. Also, for your convenience we have supplied a vacuum cleaner to help you keep your holiday home tidy, a Hair Dryer and Hair Straighteners.
There is direct access to the beach by way of a railway bridge which is literally 4 minutes gentle stroll away with the beach being right in front of you as you step off the bridge. No watching the kids on crossings or roads for your added peace of mind.
Towyn centre is only a short walk from the main gate, giving you access to Fun Fairs and Fun Parks, various shops and arcades. Tir Prince with its markets and car boot sales are situated here too.
It is only a short distance to all bus routes and train stations. There are bus stops outside the main gate which takes you to Llandudno and Rhyl and surrounding areas
There is also a guest book for you to leave feedback about your stay.
All removable soft furnishings and similar have been removed, i.e. cushions, oven gloves and the likes. Sorry, but Covid is still with us and we are airing on the side of caution.
All quilts, pillows and mattresses will have wipe-able covers on.
An auto dispenser for hand sanitiser has been installed.
A Key Safe has been installed for you to collect your keys from. This means you won’t have to go to reception on your arrival to arrange for your keys.
An Alarm has been installed to keep your valuables safe. This is normally switched off but if you need it, there is a simple remote control to use it.
A seagull scarcer has been installed on the roof in an attempt to deter unwanted guests tapping on the roof early in the morning.
Upon arrival:
When you arrive, pick up the caravan keys from the key safe located on the gate post at the caravan.
Safety First:
All electrical equipment has been inspected and PAT tested and all fire alarms and extinguishers tested for your piece of mind.
All light switches and plug switches glow in the dark so you can see them at night.
There are also 7 escape routes, all clearly marked in case of fire.
All unused plug sockets have safety caps in to stop prying little fingers.
The decking has a lockable gate so even if you toddler does get out, they are not getting off the decking.
The lighting of candles, Incense sticks etc and smoking is not allowed under any circumstances as a fire prevention measure.
This is a 6 berth caravan we are not insured for more people than this. It is now illegal to have more than 6 people in our caravan.
Health and Hygiene:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES are the beds to be used without Pillow cases, Sheets and Quilt covers as a sanitary measure.
We have supplied bags for disposal of personal hygiene products for your use. DO NOT put sanitary products or wipes down the toilet as this causes blockages.
When leaving. please strip the beds and put everything including towels into the black bags provided. (This is a sanitary measure) Thank you
Entry to caravan is after 3 pm on first day and you must vacate before 10 am on day of leaving.

THE HIRER MUST BE OVER 25 TO BOOK THIS CARAVAN
All Booking Terms and Conditions are Non-Negotiable and Apply at All Times
- IMPORTANT: High Tech Wi-Fi has been installed which can be updated and fixed remotely by the supplier (This is nothing to do with Whitehouse Leisure Park and errors cannot be rectified by them).
THIS IS NOT TO BE TOUCHED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If the reset button is touched even by accident, you will cause the system to crash which will result in a £150 call out fee by the supplier as this cannot be fixed remotely. This bill will be passed on to you. If anything is wrong with the Wi-Fi, email us at enquiries@cozycaravanz.co.uk and we will ring the supplier to repair it remotely.
- Bookings: Upon receipt of your enquiry, the caravan can be provisionally booked. This will be held for a period of 5 days only, by which time a booking form must be completed and deposit paid. If no booking form and deposit is received within this period, then the provisional booking will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel the booking and re-advertise the caravan.
- Payment: There is a £50 non-refundable retainer required, payable within 5 days to secure your booking. The remaining balance, is to be paid no later than 30 days (unless by prior arrangement) before your holiday is due to start.
- Non-payment: If no contact or payment is received by the due dates, the booking will be cancelled with no refunds and the dates will be re-advertised.
- The caravan will be available to the hirer during the period shown on the confirmation letter from the owners.
- The caravan sleeps a maximum of 6 people and at no time must this be exceeded. Only registered occupants are allowed to occupy the caravan, if any unauthorised person is found you will be asked to leave the site, forfeiting the rest of your holiday with no refund.
- Access to Caravan: The Caravan Owners or their representatives shall be allowed access to the holiday caravan at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy.
- The caravan is only available for hire by families and responsible couples. Whitehouse Leisure Park cannot accommodate same gender groups and will not tolerate any breach of this rule. There can be no stag, hen or bingeing parties, no exceptions. Any breach of this condition will result in you forfeiting the rest of the holiday with no refund.
- Pets are not allowed under any circumstances. People bringing pets will be asked to leave the site with no refund. This is site policy. You will also be charged £100 for a deep clean of the caravan.
- Strictly NO SMOKING inside caravan. The lighting of candles, Incense sticks etc and smoking is not allowed under any circumstances as a fire prevention measure. Smoking is permitted on the grassed area around the caravan, please ensure you clean up afterwards.
- The area surrounding your hire caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Park speed limits must not be exceeded.
- Whitehouse Leisure Park is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons will be asked to leave, forfeiting the rest of the holiday with no refund.
- Please keep noise to a minimum. Show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times.
- Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided by the park. These are shown on the supplied map.
- Housekeeping may charge for disposal of anything left at the caravan and in turn this will be charged to you.
- Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.
- Do not disarm smoke alarms or carbon monoxide detectors.
- All electrical, domestic goods and heaters must be switched off upon leaving the caravan (except the fridge & behind the television).
- Park rules apply at all times.
- Whitehouse Leisure Park and ourselves will not be responsible for any personal loss or injury, however caused or sustained to any person or vehicle (including any persons under age 18 years of age).
- The caravan owners reserve the right to refuse any booking without any obligation to give a reason.
- All electrical appliances in the caravan have undergone annual safety checks. Use of your own electrical items are at your own risk. Any Person using their own electrical equipment and causing damage to the caravan electrical systems will be charged for the repair of those systems.
- Damage / Extra cleaning: All bookings are accepted on the condition that the Caravan is left in the same state of repair, order and cleanliness both inside and outside as at the start of the holiday, should you not have time to leave the caravan as you found it, there will be an additional charge of £50. It is agreed that the person who made the booking will pay for breakages and / or damage and extra cleaning over and above the standard cleaning. We are charged £10 for the removal of rubbish from the caravan and this will be deducted from your deposit if applicable.
- The Caravan must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure and please time your arrival to be not before 3.00 pm.

- The pillows and quilts provided along with the mattress cover are all covered in wipeable material as a sanitary measure. These are not to be removed or damaged. Any that are removed or damaged will result in you being charged for a replacement, this charge will include a replacement pillow, quilt etc as these items will have to be replaced due to the risk of contamination.
- Site Policy dictates that up to 2 cars will be allowed on site but any additional cars will be asked to park either outside the reception or on Jakes carpark.
