Booking Terms & Conditions

Check-In Time is 4pm and Check-Out is by 10am 

This is a NON SMOKING holiday home! NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises, there is a grass area to the side with seating.

Pets are not permitted in the holiday home unless agreed at time of booking.

(NOT ALLOWED IN THE BEDROOMS) not allowed to be left unattended in the holiday home.

Single Sex Group or Hen/Stag Bookings are not permitted unless agreed at time of booking.  

Damage Reservation Security Deposit:   

£100 Damage Security Bond is refunded providing the following does not occur:   

• No damage is done to the Holiday Home or contents beyond normal wear and tear.
• All rubbish and waste are to be placed in the refuse area next to The Meadows and all dishes etc are cleaned before you leave.  
• No Bed linens are lost or damaged.  
• No early check-in or late check-out unless agreed at time of booking.  
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local police authority or the security company employed by Tattershall Lakes Country Park.  

Payment – An advance payment of the rental fee is required one month before arrival. Payments to be made in the form requested by the owner. The advance payment of £100 is a non refundable deposit. The full amount of the booking must be paid one month before your arrival date.  

Cancellations – A thirty (30 day) notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than the rental deposit. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within one month of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.   Please ensure you have UK travel insurance to cover you for curtailment or cancellation.  Refunds will NOT be given due to no supply of utilities such as electricity, water, sewerage or other services operated by Away Resorts Ltd who are the site owners & beyond the control of Memories Made Holidays. Refunds will NOT be given for a Force Majeure situation including: A pandemic or epidemic such as COVID-19 and Corona Viruses, Flu strains or Infectious Disease, A public health emergency or communicable disease outbreak. A quarantine for an individual or whole contract party.  Government or administrative action or changes in laws or regulations whereby if a Government imposed lockdown or forced shut down of businesses has occurred force majeure will apply under such provisions. Please ensure you have a sufficient UK travel insurance to suitably cover your needs and you understand our cancellation terms before forwarding your reservation deposit. In a Force Majeure situation we will suspend & hold your paid in full booking and rebook your break transferring any monies paid to a new agreed date of the same value, or higher value with the additional cost agreed to be paid by the renter & new contract generated. Reservation deposits paid will be transferred to new agreed future date requested by the renter & new contract will be generated with agreed cost of stay.

CCTV is in operation when the holiday home is unoccupied.

Maximum Occupancy – The maximum number of guests per stay is limited to 4 persons. These properties require a (3) night minimum stay, unless agreed at time of booking.  

Inclusive Fees – Rates include a one-time bed linen set up. Cleaning of holiday home & hot tub fees are included in the rental rate.  

No Daily Maid service – Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit tea towels or linens to be taken from the holiday home.
