About the Property
Well presented ABI Horizon 3 bedroom deluxe model caravan, located on The Elms area. Extremely clean and tidy caravan. Only a 5 minute walk to the funworks complex, pools and a 4 minute walk to the beach and beachside cafe/restaurant. Parking is available close by to the caravan.
Inside the caravan:-
Kitchen – Under Counter fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob, cooker including grill pan. All utensils are provided plus saucepans, baking dishes, baking trays, crockery, glasses and cutlery.
Living room and dining area – freestanding table with wrap around seating and two stools. Large wrap around sofa seating, TV with integrated DVD player, shelving and gas fire.
Bedrooms – The main bedroom has a double bed and bedside shelves, wardrobe.The other bedrooms each have 2 x twin beds. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room.
Bathroom – Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin.
Cloakroom – Toilet and wash basin
The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you need bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
Please also bring with you, your own towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.
The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 3pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
Entertainment passes are not included in the price of the holiday. These can be purchased from the Haven office located in the complex.

Booking Terms & Conditions
£100 holding deposit is required to book the holiday with the remaining amount due to be paid within 8 weeks of the holiday start date. We also require at the final payment a £100 damage bond which is fully refundable upon inspection of the caravan after the holiday as long as there is no damage/loss and the caravan is left in a clean state and doesn’t smell of smoke.
Holidays booked less than 8 weeks in advance will require full payment at time of booking. Payment is by bacs.
In line with site policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex or parties under the age of 25.
No smoking or pets are allowed in the caravan.
