About the Property
We own 2 caravans on Butlins Minehead resort in Somerset.
Entertainment passes are included giving access to the swimming pools with flumes/rides, funfairs incl dodgems, waltzers & many other rides (free & unlimited), play areas, sports courts, arts & crafts etc etc.
Caravan has double glazing, gas central heating, private parking spot next to van, has 3 bedrooms (main en-suite) shower room with toilet/sink, fully equipped kitchen with full sized cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer etc, tv with Freeview, games system etc
Caravan has French doors that open out onto plastic decking/veranda with seating overlooking the lake which is fishable & contains Carp, Bream etc.
We also have another similar spec caravan also sited around the lake.

Booking Terms & Conditions
We require a deposit to secure the booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the break, there is also a £100 security bond on each break which is returnable shortly after the break when the caravan has been inspected.
At least 1 guest who is over 21, same sex groups allowed on Adult themed weekends only, check-in is 4pm (earlier maybe possible for a small admin fee payable to Butlins) & checkout is 10am sharp.
Duvets/pillows/mattress protectors are supplied but not covers/sheets, these could be arranged for you, please ask for details.
