About the Property
We own 6 modern holiday homes based on the Butlins resort at Minehead in Somerset.
21 Lakeside Crescent has one King size bedroom (with freeview tv/dvd) and two twin bedrooms (all have wardrobes/drawers with ample storage space) there’s also a sofa bed in the lounge to comfortably accommodate a family of 6-8.
The caravan also has a family shower room with w/c and a second separate en-suite w/c with hand basin in the main King size bedroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted with full size cooker, upright fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything else needed to be self catering.
In the lounge we have a large flat screen television (with Free-view and built in DVD), electric flame effect fire and modern comfortable seating, there is also a separate dining area with seating for 6.
The Caravan is fully centrally heated with double glazing and insulation to keep guests comfortable all year round, an advantage because Butlins hold lots of winter breaks, particularly around Christmas time.
Our Lakeside Crescent caravan is situated directly on the edge of the fishing lake and has patio doors in the lounge opening out onto a raised decking overlooking the fishing lake and Exmoor hills.
We also have a free private parking space right next to the caravan.

Booking Terms & Conditions
To secure your holiday dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 (we often offer a £50 deposit option)
The full balance is then due a minimum of 8 weeks before your break.
When you pay the balance, we also need a security bond payment of £100 to cover the cost of any accidental damages; this can be in the form of a cheque which we would return to you un-cashed after your break once Butlins staff have inspected the caravan to our satisfaction.
Alternatively, if you prefer to pay the bond by bank transfer we’re happy for you to pay that in the week before your arrival, we would then transfer that back to your account within 24 to 48 hours after your break, again once the caravan has been checked.
Please note: If you need to cancel your holiday within the 8 week period before your break the deposit is non-refundable, also the balance would only be partly refundable on a sliding scale as follows:
Week 8—80% Week 7—70% Week 6—60% Week 5—50% Week4—40% Week 3—30% Week 2—20% Week 1—10%
* It would be advisable to take out Holiday Insurance to cover this and other unexpected eventualities, ie: accident, illness etc *
