About the Property
Willerby Seasons 2021 holiday home – caravan in Haven Rockley Park, Poole, BH15 4LZ.
This caravan has 2 bedroom (large master), sleeps 6 with a pull out sofa bed. The caravan has a decking furniture (mini sofa, chairs & table), gas BBQ, 6 seater glass outside dinning table, chairs, parasol .
Fantastic plot with fantastic views (beautiful sunsets) and a garden island in the front. This park has the full works! With a splendid sea, sunset, Rockley’s own beach and safe family cove in: walking a distance on site and around Poole Harbour, make sandy castles, collecting fossils, catching crabs, enjoying the views and discover Dorset. The park has a lake and woodland to explore.
Available fishing in the lake (12 minutes to walk from the caravan).
There is also private parking for your car (2 cars can fit in, depending on the size) adjacent to the lodge.
Rockley Park has a host of fun activities to do, including an: indoor and outdoor pool, a water park with a waterslide & a splash pool, crazy golf, bungee trampolines, archery, Segways, climbing walls, tennis courts and kids entertainment (closed from the beginning November until 2nd of March each year) – most of which can be accessed via the park’s Play Passes.
HOLIDAY PASSES NOT INCLUDED PLEASE NOTE: you are paying for the rent of the caravan ONLY and the fun works passes can be purchased via the park directly. This can be done at the reception on arrival. Haven state on their website that if your stay is over weekends e.g. Friday to Monday – you need a 3-nights minimum stay to be eligible to purchase these passes. But from Monday to Friday – you need a minimum of 4-night’s stay to be eligible (please message me for more information). Holiday Lets cannot guarantee passes will be granted, or all facilities will be available for your dates.
All energy costs (gas, electricity and water) are included in your booking.
Internet and Wi-Fi can also be purchased from the park, for an extra fee. Please note it might not be accessible inside the holiday home all the time, but should connect in the park facilities.
We cannot take responsibility for any connectivity issues, due to the technology being operated by the Park and not us.
NO TOWELS will be provided, with the exception of tea towels and hand towels so please provide your own bath and beach towels.

KEYS & ALARM BADGE FROM CARAVAN- if you loose or damage any of the items mentioned above, then you will have to pay to have it repaired or replaced. Please be careful.
Nearby to the lodge are a collection of bars and restaurants, a convenience shop, selling a wide variety of goods and a laundrette.

Please note that this is a private holiday home and we expect you to look after it as if it’s yours, so please take your shoes/food /washing up off the carpet. We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet, especially at night. Please don’t take/steal anything thats belongs to the caravan. Close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the suite. Take any waste to the general waste/recycling bins when you check out. This is a No smoking and No pets caravan there will be a fine if we suspect either have occured during your stay.
