About the Property
We own 6 modern holiday homes based on the Butlins resort at Minehead in Somerset.

22 Lakeside has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all have a TV plus wardrobes/drawers with ample storage space.
There’s also a sofa bed in the lounge to comfortably accommodate a family of 6-8.
The caravan also has two shower rooms (one with mini bath) with w/c and hand basin in each.
The kitchen is fully fitted with full size cooker, upright fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and everything else needed to be self catering.
In the lounge we have a large flat screen television (with Free View plus built in DVD player) electric flame effect fire and modern comfortable seating, there is also a separate dining area with seating for 4.
The caravan is fully centrally heated with double glazing and insulation to keep guests comfortable all year round, an advantage because Butlins hold lots of winter breaks, particularly around Christmas time.
The caravan is on the main Lakeside caravan park and backs onto the fishing lake with a side decking/balcony with views to the lake and Exmoor hills.
We also have a free parking space close to the caravan.

Booking Terms & Conditions
To secure your holiday dates, we require a non-refundable deposit of £100 (we often offer a £50 deposit option, please contact for details)
The full balance is then due a minimum of 8 weeks before your break.
When you pay the balance, we also need a security bond payment of £100 to cover the cost of any accidental damages; this can be in the form of a cheque which we would return to you un-cashed after your break, once Butlins staff have inspected the caravan to our satisfaction.
Alternatively, if you prefer to pay the bond by bank transfer, we’re happy for you to pay that in the week before your arrival, we would then transfer that back to your account asap after your break, again once the caravan has been checked.
