Welcome to our family  caravan with large front deck to the front of caravan 

Situated in a lovely area on beech rise, close to main entrance and near to the lakeside complex within easy walk to all other amenities.

Free unlimited WI-FI subject to network coverage

one double master bedroom with double bed and mattress topper for extra comfort, with double wardrobe, bedside units, with en-suite toilet and wash basin and wall mounted TV

Two twin bedroom with two single beds with wardrobe, bedside unit & mirror

travel cot is also provide (please bring your own bedding for cot )

the caravan is fully central and double glazed throughout

the living room has a 43inch smart TV wall-mounted with freeview channels

sky dish is fitted (please bring your own sky Q BOX), blue ray dvd player with a selection of dvds to watch.

a double pull out bed with mattress topper added for extra comfort is also in the lounge area if needed for that extra space and guests.

The fully fitted kitchen has ample worktops and cupboards, a built in gas oven, grill and hob to cook your favourite meals, also a fridge freezer , microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer, tassimo coffee machine with a selection of pods. slow cooker, all cutlery and kitchen & cleaning and dining essentials are also provided.

The dining area has a four seater dining table and chairs for you to enjoy your family together.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and wash basin,

We also supply iron, table top iron board and hair dryer.

Outside we have a lovely  deck area to the front of the caravan via French doors, complete with a table and chairs to enjoy relaxing in the sun.

For your peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector and smoke alarm fitted.

Bed linen is provided and beds made up during your stay (please bring your own towels)

Gas and electric are included in the price of your stay.

Our caravan is well looked after by us and we asked that you treat it with as much care and respect as we do please.

Private parking space is provided next to the caravan.

This is a pet friendly holiday home we accept well behaved small dogs please.

Hen and stag party groups please note are not allowed  Haven rule!

Play passes are not included in the rental price but can be purchased directly from haven

Check in time is from 2pm

Check out time is before 11am please
