Our calendar is open and taking bookings for 2023 with a £50 deposit secures your dates then choose to spread the cost to your budget at no extra cost or simply choose to pay in full it’s totally up to you. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to start date.

Deposit
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your dates and paying your deposit confirms that you have read, understand & agree to the terms & conditions.
Terms & conditions
When booking with us it is for accommodation only. If play passes are required to be purchased, Haven will email you 6 weeks before start of your holiday then you will be able to book activities & swimming.
Enjoy your time in our caravan. All we ask is you treat it with the same respect as we do and leave it in the same clean condition you will have found it on your arrival.
We know accidents happen, we ask if anything is broken or damaged to let us know so it can be replaced or repaired after your stay. Your ‘Damage security bond’ is to protect us from malicious, mischievous or undue care damage and is standard practise with caravan hire.
Letting arrangements
Arrival time after 3pm, keys will be in the key safe, you will receive the code the day before of your holiday and only after your balance is paid in full. Lost keys will be charged at £40 per set (the cost of replacing the locks). Departure time no later than 10am. Please put keys back into the keysafe and make sure you don’t leave the code on display.
Accommodation
The caravan can only be used by the persons named on the booking form, the lead guest will be responsible for the entire party.
Being a family park, and Park policy we cannot accept bookings from under 21 groups.
The lead guest must be over 21 years of age.
Our caravan is Non smoking, If found to have been using illegal substances in the caravan or on the decking you could be asked to leave the caravan.
No Pets allowed.
Ball games – please make sure that you respect our caravan and vehicles and others nearby when playing ball games, No balls to be kicked, batted or thrown against any caravan or vehicles. There are designated areas for ball games and plenty of open spaces around the park away from caravans and vehicles.
Strictly No charging of electric vehicles from the caravan, please use to correct charging points.
The caravan must be left clean & tidy like you would have found it. Any breakages to furniture, fittings, inventory items or the caravan must be paid for by the hirer. On last day please strip all beds, but leave the mattress protectors and pillow protectors on, leave bedding in the bedrooms. DO NOT leave outside (like Haven Lets) as we have a private cleaning company. Ensure all heating is switched off.
A £100 ‘Damage security bond’ is payable at the same time as your full payment. This will be refunded within 48 hours of the completion of your holiday, if booked through owners, as long as no damage or loss incurred. If booked through the Ukcaravans4hire website security bond is usually released after 5 days and can take upto 7 days to reach your account.
Should the holiday booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Behaviour
If, in the opinion of us or the park manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the wellbeing of others we or the park manager may re-take possession of the caravan, without compensation to the party.
Covid-19 policy – If the park needs to close due to Government restrictions or lockdown you will receive a full refund.
If a guest is told to isolate due to track and trace or a positive COVID test, we will offer alternate dates. We will ask for proof of a positive test/text/email asking you to isolate. Balance has to be paid in full 4 weeks before the start of holiday otherwise your holiday will be cancelled.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel your holiday, you must telephone us in the first instance.
In the event of cancellation, the following charges apply.
Number of days in advance of holiday start date cancellation charges are payable:
Length of time- 56 days or more cancellation charge = Deposit
Length of time – 55-29 days cancellation charge = 50% of the total holiday cost
Length of time – 28 days or less cancellation charge = 100% of the total holiday cost
If we are able to re-let the caravan after cancellation, we will refund you, less any losses incurred in the process ie a late deal price
Liability
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage suffered by you or any member of your party.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase holiday insurance to cover accidents, losses or cancellations. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.
