This is a platinum van with an en-suite bathroom and a family shower room. washing machine, Wi-Fi, and all mod-cons. 2 min walk to the kids play park and a 5 minute walk to all Golden Palm amenities including arcade, adventure golf, tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool, pub, supermarket, gift shop, takeaways and evening entertainment. 10min walk to the beach and Skegness amenities. Pets : Sorry, no pets.
Smoking : We are strictly no smoking, if evidence of smoking in our caravans is found we will retain all or part of your Bond.
Security Bond is £75 refunded after your holiday.
Other Policies : YOU MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21 TO BOOK A CARAVAN WITH US.
The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday, and it is the hirers’ responsibility to make sure that payment is made on time.
Please contact us for details of how to make payment. You are welcome to pay in installments weekly or monthly at no extra charge, any payment must be at least £50.
We expect you to leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition upon your departure, if you choose not to do this you may well be charged an extra cleaning charge of £45.
