About the Property

Just a short walk away with private gated access to Bacton’s wonderful wide sandy beach and its village amenities. Situated within Beach Haven Caravan Park, a tranquil park, perfect for those with a desire to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Norfolk Poppy boasts three bedrooms, and a spacious open plan sociable living/dining area, with a door leading to a small enclosed decked area, a great enclosure to enjoy the outside during the warmer months, also having comfortable seating, gas fire, and TV with Sky perfect for cosy nights in. The kitchen is well-equipped to provide easy preparation of family meals to dine at home.

Outside there is seating area with furniture, and allocated private parking for one family sized car, immediately outside the caravan.

The village has a children’s play area, lovely walks, woodlands perfect for picnic opportunities, pub, restaurants, fish and chip shop, and café. A local pub serving great food is a 5-minute drive away or within walking distance alongside the beach. A pizza take-way, restaurant, café and locally renowned fish and chip shop also offer great alternatives.

Staying here you are within easy reach of the seaside resorts of Cromer, 10 miles, Sheringham, 15 miles, and Great Yarmouth, 24 miles, all providing traditional seaside fun. Be sure to bring your sea fishing rod and catch your supper. Wroxham, the capital of the broads, is within easy reach. The stark natural beauty of the Broads is best appreciated from the water, and with daily river trips or boats to hire, Wroxham is as good a place as any to start down the River Bure.

The outdoor tree adventure park BeWILDerwood at Horning is a great place for children to burn off some energy. For avid gardeners, a visit to the Old Vicarage Gardens at East Ruston is a must, and golfers won’t be disappointed with the courses at The Royal Cromer and Mundesley nearby.

National Trust properties in the vicinity include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall, Sheringham Park and Horsey Windpump.

Alternatively, the historical city of Norwich, 21 miles, boasts two indoor shopping malls, market square, cafés, restaurants, castle museum, cathedral and theatre.

Excellent walking, cycling, bird watching and sea fishing are all available locally.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. Guests will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Check-in from 17:00 to 20:00 and Check-out by 10:00am.

Guests must provide their address details and car registration number when they book.

Guests must provide a contact telephone number and email address when they book.

Minimum age: 18

No Pets allowed and No Smoking in the Caravan.

Access into our Caravan –

The keys are kept in a lock box.

The lock box for the caravan key is located to the right hand side of entrance door. The access code will be issued when our guest contacts us upon arrival. We kindly ask that our guests always ‘scramble’ the digits for security when using the key box or upon vacating and close the cover.

WiFi Network and Password will also be issued upon arrival of the guest. We kindly ask that all WiFi details are not passed on to anyone else on the caravan park.
