Lovely cosy refurbished 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan with beautiful views and 2 minutes away from the beach.

1 double room with wardrobe and dressing table.
1 room with 2 single beds, wardrobe and drawers and over head storage.
1 room with 2 single beds large double wardrobe and drawers and over head storage.
Bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
Kitchen has saucepans, plates, dishes etc, mugs, large selection of glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Microwave
New cooker , new fridge Living room has dining area for up to 8 people.
Large settees with pull out bed.
Tv, sky and dvd player
Large outdoor area with patio table and chairs and large parasol.
Gas central heating and double glazed windows.
Duvets and pillows are supplied, also all mattress protectors, pillow protectors and duvet protectors, you will need to bring your own bedding, bath towels and tea towels

Leisure passes for use of the site facilities are compulsory.
The passes are £40 high season (July and August) and £30 low season (April,May,June ,September and October) price includes £10 refundable deposit.
A £50 security bond is required, which will be refunded once the caravan has checked for any damages , also the caravan will have to be thoughly cleaned , and left clean and tidy for the next Guests , the caravan will be checked after your departure .

PLEASE LEAVE THE ACCOMMODATION IN A CLEAN AND TIDY CONDITION (INCLUDING POTS,PANS ,COOKER AND FRIDGE) READY FOR THE NEXT OCCUPANTS
IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE THE VAN CLEAN OR CAUSE ANY DAMAGE YOUR SECURITY BOND OF £50 WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BACK TO YOU
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EVICT ANYONE CAUSING A NUISANCE OR DAMAGE WITHOUT REFUND
IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF THE KEYS TO THE VAN A CHARGE OF £100 WILL BE CHARGED FOR REPLACEMENT LOCKS
DUVETS AND PILLOWS ARE AVAILABLE TO USE , HOWEVER YOU MUST TAKE YOUR OWN BED LINEN , ( sheets pillowcases and duvet covers)
ANYONE FOUND TO NOT BE USING LINEN WILL BE CHARGED £30 CLEANING CHARGE
PLEASE ENSURE WHEN YOU LEAVE THE VAN YOU ENSURE IT IS SECURELY LOCKED AT ALL TIMES TO PROTECT THE VAN AND YOUR POSSESSIONS
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF YOUR POSSESSIONS, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE VAN AT ALL TIMES DURING YOUR STAY
