Hello! And welcome to our family caravan.

We have been the proud owners of this caravan for almost 2 years now and renting it out has been an incredible, new adventure for us.

Situated in one of the finest seaside towns in England-Ocean Edge, Morecambe, we have a lovely, 3 birth caravan with a pull-out double sofa in the lounge. The lounge consists if a 32″ TV, a DVD player with plenty of DVDs in storage and plenty of activities for the children. The open plan living area has a good size dining table with plenty of space to move round the kitchen. Our kitchen has a fully modern fitted kitchen with a built-in fridge-freezer, cooker and worktop hob. The kitchen leads into the dining area, with a decent size seating area of up to 6 that sits directly behind the comfortable chair looking out onto the veranda via the double patio doors.

Following through from the kitchen, on your right is the master bedroom with two twin lamps and lots of storage above the bed, in the over head storage there is an ironing board. At the foot of the bed is a large wardrobe and another smaller one which homes the alarm. To your left is a bathroom with a large walk-in shower cubicle, a sink and a toilet. Under sink storage available. Continuing forwards is a smaller toilet and sink.

Lastly, to the end of caravan there are 2 twin bedrooms, once again with storage above and under the bed. One of the beds has a bed guard. We also have a roomy patio that has a table and chairs set up ready with an umbrella shade in the storage beside the caravan. A further set of chairs are also available in the storage cabinet.

We offer an additional £20 for bedding, travel cot, high chair. We kindly ask for a non-refundable £30 deposit to be paid 2 weeks prior to your stay and a refundable £30 deposit if caravan is left clean and no breakages or damages.
