Welcome to Cottage-Waters static caravan hire an Adults only caravan park, just for couples, in a truly lovely picturesque countryside location at the foot of the Lincolnshire Wolds, the caravan is at our working home on private land.. if you like a village location or the peace and quiet then maybe our caravan would suit you away from the hustle and bustle of modern-day life.
We make every attempt to make the caravan as inviting and homely as possible with the added benefit of a fully equipped kitchen fridge freezer, slow cooker spacious living room with two leather sofas and slimline tv with Freeview, a relaxing conservatory, double bedroom with en-suite toilet and sink, a single bedroom and a bathroom with full shower and hand basin, Full gas central heating & double glazing you will be lovely and cozy .because of covid we don’t supply towels this year, we also provide extras like toilet rolls, washing up liquid, tea towels, iron and ironing board, and some cupboard essentials, all bedding is also provided there is also a washing line and table and chairs outside.

Strictly no smoking in the caravan or on the decking area. Smoking is only permitted outside the caravan on the patio area.
It’s a great place to explore the great outdoors, with great beaches only 4 miles away, we are at the foot of the Lincolnshire wolds, great cycle routes, and great walking.

When booking the caravan it is solely for the person(s) named on the booking form no visitors, and no overnight guests, by staying here at Cottage-Waters, please meet friends and family off-site.

Do not disable smoke alarms. All electrical and domestic, including heating must be switched off when you are not in the caravan.

Here at Cottage-Waters, we have taken the steps to ensure your holiday is a safe as possible, enhanced cleaning and safety measures are in place. Our absolute priority is the health of campers, campsite owners, and society as a whole we have hand sanitizers around the site. It’s important that we all work together to keep everyone safe and well. We are not allowing visitors to the site this year because of Covid 19 . We’re doing our utmost to ensure the information is as up-to-date as possible .
