Booking Terms & Conditions

1. BOOKING AND DEPOSIT
1.1 The person booking the caravan shall be the main hirer and, by signing this agreement, takes full responsibility for the van for the duration of your stay.
1.2 The main hirer MUST be over the age of 21.
1.3 Once this form is submitted, the deposit must be paid within 24hours (details will follow in an email after submission) or you will lose your booking.
1.4 The remaining balance is to be paid as per the agreement made during communication, the remaining balance to be paid in full at least 6 weeks before the holiday start date (unless prior agreement has been made). PLEASE NOTE if you are making the booking within 6 weeks of the holiday date, then the entire balance will need paying within 24 hours of submission (unless prior agreement has been made). Failure to do so may result in the loss of your booking and any deposit paid.
1.5 The deposit is refundable to you after the holiday is over so long as there is no damage done to the van or to any of the property inside the van. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to return the deposit to you.
1.6 By signing this agreement, you are agreeing to take responsibility for the van and its contents and are aware of the conditions
1.7 Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am (unless prior arrangement has been made). Please do not arrive any earlier than this, we will provide you with a code to the key lock on the day of your arrival so you can access the van. Leaving later than 10am on checkout could forfeit you your deposit.

2. DAMAGES
2.1 We understand that accidents do happen, especially with young children. Please report any damage or accidental breakages to us before the end of your stay or risk losing your deposit.
2.2 We retain the right to keep some or all of your deposit depending on the damages made. If this is to be the case, we will inform you of our decision within 5-7 working days from the end date of your holiday.
2.3 Damages include, but are not limited to, any contents of the van that we have left for your use and any content we have left as an additional hiring agreement, any fixture, fitting or furniture that could become damaged during the duration of your stay, inside or outside of the van.
2.4 We do allow for reasonable damage (i.e a broken glass) so long as the damage is reported to us via Facebook, email or text message before the end of your stay. An inventory will be completed before and after your holiday.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Should you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as is reasonably possible.
3.2 A full refund will be returned to you (within 5-7 working days) if the cancellation is prior to 6 weeks of the booking start date.
3.3 If the booking is cancelled within 2-6 weeks of the start date, the value of the holiday will be returned to you, however the deposit would be lost. Exceptions to this rule would be for bereavement or medical reason (proof would be required for this). If you are unable to provide proof then the deposit would be lost.
3.4 If the booking is cancelled within 2 weeks of the start date, the full value of the holiday and the deposit would be kept unless we are able to sell on the dates cancelled, in which case you would receive the value of the holiday but not the deposit. Exceptions to this rule would be for bereavement or medical reason (proof would be required for this). If you are unable to provide proof then the deposit would be lost.
3.5 As owners, we reserve the right the cancel the holiday if the terms of our agreement are not met. Upon cancellation, a refund for any monies paid towards the value of the holiday would be returned, however the deposit would be lost.
3.6 You MUST NOT sell the holiday on to anyone else.

4. OBLIGATION
4.1 As the hirer of the van, it is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your booking abide to the rules of the caravan and the site.
4.2 Please ensure that you are not a nuisance to the surrounding vans and treat the van and surrounding facilities with due care and respect, including all members of staff and other holidaying guests.
4.3 Upon departure, please ensure that you have cleaned up after yourselves, removing any rubbish to the bins and washing any pots used.
4.4 Our van has a strict NO SMOKING/VAPING policy. Should you need to smoke/vape, please step outside and ensure you are away from any doors and windows of our van and all surrounding vans and discard of your ends in the site bins.
4.5 Do not leave the gas fire unattended and certainly no candles in the van.
4.6 Please keep the van secure at all times and do not lose your key. Loss of the key will incur a charge to be taken from your deposit.
4.7 Gas and electricity is included in the price of the holiday but is based on a fair usage policy. EXCESSIVE amounts of gas and electricity used could incur a charge to be deducted from your deposit. DO NOT charge your electric car from the van. If you do have an electric car, please make sure you are aware of your local charging points before you arrive. Bedding is provided but you will need to bring your own towels.
4.8 The site security has the right to remove you from the site if any antisocial behaviour should occur. We have no control over this situation but the deposit will be lost if this should occur and we will be unable to accept your booking for future holidays.
4.9 Failure to comply with these terms could result in the loss of your deposit.

5. COVID-19 IN COMPLIANCE WITH GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES APRIL 2021
5.1 If any of your party have had symptoms of COVID-19 or have received a positive test in the 2 weeks prior to your booking, you MUST NOT travel to the holiday park.
5.2 Please contact us ASAP if this is the case, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund at such short notice, however, we are happy to transfer your booking to another suitable date (subject to availability).
5.3 We are taking all possible measures to avoid any cross contamination but should you contract any illness during your stay with us, we hold no responsibility or liability. The choice to travel is done so at your own risk.
5.4 All parties of your booking should be from the same household or support bubble and you must not enter the caravan belonging to another booking (unless they are part of your household/support bubble). You are able to meet up with people from outside your household or support bubble following the social distancing rules.
5.5 Please note that all the cleaning has been done to a high standard to try and avoid any possible cross contamination.
5.6 Please make sure you wear face masks where legally required to do so and wash/sanitize your hands regularly.
5.7 Should we happen to enter into another lockdown or the rules change before your booking start date, we can offer to transfer your holiday to new dates (subject to availability) or offer you a full refund.
5.8 Cancellations made for any other reason will be subject to our cancellation policy.
