D&S Caravan hire Just a short walk from a Blue Flag sandy beach, Withernsea Sands Holiday Park enjoys a lovely location on the dramatic East Yorkshire coastline.
If you’re looking for a fun-filled holiday, there is plenty going on both on-park and around the local area. From the fantastic indoor pool to the miniature golf course, this park has something for everyone.
Spend some time wandering along the traditional seafront with its coffee shops and ice cream kiosks, and explore local coastline which includes the unique Spurn Point, Yorkshire’s only island.
If you’re looking for some evening activities, why not dine at the newly refurbished Boathouse Tavern and Restaurant before enjoying the range of entertainment that the park has to offer.
Our Victory Ventura is sited on the Pines section of Withernsea Sands.
It has a simple layout, everything is ideally placed for easy access.
It sleeps up to 6 people, with 1x Master bedroom, 1x Twin bedroom & a pullout bed in the lounge.
With double glazing, central heating & a gas fire in the lounge, the caravan is nice and warm inside regardless of the weather.
The main bedroom has en suite with a large shower and sink with towel heater there is a separate sink & toilet.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with all of the necessary appliances. It also has enough cutlery & crockery for up to 6 people. Bed linen is provided however towels are not.
The lounge has a flat screen smart TV fitted with Now and Netflix for your entertainment.
There’s a full length gated side-decking. This is useful for families with young children if you’d like to have the door open.
Parking spot beside the caravan.
Please note that same sex couples are welcome in our caravans. However, same sex groups are not.

Booking Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions form part of the contract between Mr(s) ———— (The Hirer) and Mr PICKUP (The Owner)
It is important that you read them, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Dates of Hire
The length of hire as agreed between The Hirer and The Owner is from 2:00pm on (———) until 10:00am on (———). Any unauthorized use of the caravan by The Hirer outside of these dates and times is chargeable and may result in the forfeit of some, or all, of the deposit paid by The Hirer.
Cost of Hire
The TOTAL amount payable for the period of hire is £.00 this includes a £100 returnable security deposit. A payment of £40 is required to secure a booking. The deposit will be repaid in full 7 days after the end of the period of hire, providing that these terms and conditions have been adhered to and the van is left in clean undamaged condition,
The balance of the cost of hire MUST be received 6 weeks before the start of the hire period, otherwise the contract will be cancelled and The Hirer unless by prior agreement will forfeit the deposit .
Boathouse Passes.
Boathouse passes are not included in the caravan hire cost. If required, these may be purchased at reception on arrival.
Keys
On arrival the keys will be available from the keysafe outside the van the security code will be sent to the hirer by post 1 week prior to the commencement of the hire. On departure keys must be placed back in the keysafe . Lost keys will be charged for at £20 per set
Occupancy
The caravan may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form. The Hirer will be responsible for the entire party. Being a family park, we only accept bookings from family groups. We cannot accept bookings from young singles or all male/female parties. For reasons of hygiene and the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets and would ask that you do not smoke in the caravan. The caravan must be left clean and tidy.
Any malicious damage, damage to furniture, or the accommodation must be paid for by the hirer and may result in the forfeit of some or all of the deposit.
Behaviour. If, in the opinion of The Owner (or our representative) or the park manager, any member of the party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the well being of others, The Owner or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to The Hirer.
Cancellation. Should the caravan booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund (including the deposit) will be given.
If you have to cancel your holiday you must contact the owner via email, text or call straightaway
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY
Up until 6 weeks before your arrival date 50% of the deposit will be refunded if notified by email
Up until 3 weeks before your arrival date 30% of the deposit will be refunded with prior contact and communication with the owner providing a new booking can be found
Liability.
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by any member of the party.
Insurance.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc.
