The property has a southwest-facing decked area accessed via the Patio Door and side door. The decked area has a seating/dining area and a BBQ
There is a master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom including a bath, a further bedroom with 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
The main bathroom has a double shower
The caravan is on Broadland Sands park which is on the Suffolk/Norfolk border.
The park has an indoor pool, restaurant, bar, clubhouse with entertainment, adventure golf, climbing wall, tennis courts.
There is a bus stop just outside the park and the nearest golf course is Gorleston-on-sea which is 4 miles away.
Potters indoor bowls venue is less than a mile away.
Available in November and December but the Park Facilities are not open then.

Booking Terms & Conditions
£100 deposit for up to 7 nights, and £200 for 7 – 14 nights. This is payable at the time of booking and non-refundable if you cancel in the last 14 days prior to your arrival. (Unless the cancellation is Covid-19 related)
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment of deposit, photo ID, and proof of your address.
The balance and a £200 damage deposit are payable 14 days before the start of the booking. Once paid, the balance is non-refundable.
The damage deposit is returned within 7 working days after the end of your holiday, subject to satisfactory caravan inspection.
If a holiday is booked less than 6 weeks prior to the start date, full payment will be required on booking.
We will charge a cleaning fee of £37 to be added to the cost
