Our caravan is a new model which is of a high quality and in mint condition. Our caravan is perfectlly designed to provide you with a home from home experience. It has been tastefully decorated with neutral tones.
It is fully central heated and double glazed throughout, with full length French windows in the living room. We provide you with a comfortable lounge area including a spacious corner seating area perfect for relaxing evenings and watching our large flatscreen TV. There is also a separate dining area.
There are 3 bedrooms two of which has its own television and plenty of storage. There is a shower room with a toilet, as well as an ensuite toilet located in the master bedroom, so no waiting for the bathroom!
The kitchen has everything you need for whipping up a great meal including Integrated fridge freezer, microwave, and storage cupboards.
You will find a luxurious finish throughout with USB charging points in all rooms.
This cosy caravan is the perfect choice for couples, friends and families as well as ideal accommodation to enjoy your holiday in Camber sands.
There is plenty of parking onsite
Due to COVID 19 the caravan is deeply cleaned prior to your arrival.

Once you have confirmed dates, an enquiry letter and Booking form will be sent requesting the deposit. Once deposit recieved your welcome information will be sent to you with reciept of deposit.
Paying for your Holiday
If your holiday booking is more than 14 days from date of enquiry full balance will be due 14 days before your holiday date,
If your holiday booking is less than 14 days from date of enquiry full balance is required on booking.
Upon receipt of final payment, location of caravan will be provided along with key code to access keys for the caravan
Deposit is £100 refundable on completion of holiday if there is no reported damages or breakages to the property, and the property is left in the condition in which you received it (cleanliness)
Deposits will not be refunded if:
If you wish to cancel your holiday you must notify us in writing via email. The date of cancellation is the date we receive your email.
Full refund is provided if your holiday is cancelled within 14 days of your holiday due date. This gives us enough time to find other families to offer these dates too.
If you contract COVID 19 you will be entitled to a full refund, all we will need is a text confirmation that you have COVID, this is only relevant if you contract COVID19 ten days before your holiday date as you will need to isolate for ten days according to Government guidelines.
Check in and Check out
Early checking fee £15
Need to get into your accommodation a bit earlier? We allow all customers to check in from 3pm but for a small charge we will ensure your accommodation is clean and ready for you to check in allowing you to get your holiday started two or three hours earlier.
Late check out fee of £10 per hour
Want to get stay in your accommodation for a bit longer? So that we can deep clean and prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping has been scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. If you would like to remain undisturbed in your accommodation, we will be happy to accommodate your party with our “late check-out” option. Since our properties are on INSTANT BOOK this will be required to take place after your initial booking.
To secure a late check-out, just send us a message immediately after booking so we can coordinate our housekeeping schedule and modify the reservation.
