About the Property

This beautiful and luxury caravan is situated in a prime location with stunning panoramic sea views and green spaces to the front and side. Facilities include our own private parking space, central heating throughout and double glazing as well as a large gated veranda.

Lounge
There is modern decor throughout, a large comfortable sofa, amazing sea views, a 32″ flat screen HD TV and Blu-Ray player and modern flame effect electric fire.

Kitchen/Dining Area
The kitchen is U shaped with a microwave, full size integrated fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, crockery and utensils. There is also a free standing dining room table with 4 chairs.

Bedrooms
The 3 bedrooms consist of a master with double bed and 2 twin bedded rooms. The beds in the second bedroom can be pushed together to make an extra double if preferred.

There is also a stow away bed in the third bedroom to free up space for a travel cot for which is provided. Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and overhead storage, and in the master bedroom you will find a hairdryer.

Duvets and pillows are provided and linen can be arranged at additional cost if required.

Bathroom
There is spacious double shower, towel rail, toilet and wash basin, plus built-in shelving for ample storage. There is also a separate toilet with wash basin.

Check in time is 2pm and check out 10am.

No pets in this caravan.

Towels are not provided.

We do not accept pets and the caravan is non-smoking.

Holiday passes are not included in the price.
