About the Property

3 bedroom prestige model caravan with large decking, parking and central heating on Spruces is available to hire at Haven Devon Cliffs, Sandy Bay, and Exmouth.

It is a 2015 model and is well maintained and a full inventory can be found in the caravan ensuring you have the best holiday. It is well loved and cared for by its private owner.

Lounge – There is a large amount of wrap around seating in the lounge, gas fire, DVD player and TV.

Kitchen – Fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob and oven. All utensils are provided including all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery.

Dining Area – Freestanding table with fixed seating and extra stools.

Bedrooms – The main bedroom has a double bed. The other bedrooms have 2 x twin beds which can be pushed together to create a double bed. Sleeps up to 6

The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. We are able to supply linen at additional cost.

Please also bring with you towels, tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom – Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin. There is also a separate toilet and wash basin.

Situation – The caravan is situated on Spruces with sea views. Parking area is located very close to the caravan.

The keys for the caravan are in a key safe located at the caravan and you will be issued with the key code prior to your holiday so no queuing at reception. Check in is 2pm and check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
