Calivans – C3 Sleeps 8

C3 is our 3 bedroom caravan that is located on Promenade caravan park and can sleep 8.

About Calivans and our caravans  

Hello, my name is Mel and I am the co-owner of Calivans, we are a small family run business that started in July 2019 with our first caravan – C1. 

We now own 3 caravans, they are C1, C2, and C3. 

C3 is the newest addition to our caravan family and sleeps 8, C1 & C2 are both 6 berths. 

All our caravans are smoke and pet-free for your comfort. 

The caravans are professionally cleaned to current government guidelines in order to keep all our guests safe during their stay with us.

Location, Location, Location  

Promenade caravan park is in an ideal location for Ingoldmells as it benefits from direct access to the beach, it also has an onsite shop and café. 

The onsite warden, Chris is always available via reception should you need him during your stay.  

All our caravans have a key fob that permits you to use the owner’s side gate which brings you out onto sea lane, which is the home of local bars including Oasis Bar, Hollywood diner, Buddies and Havana’s they are all within a 2-minute walk. Also on sea lane, there are chip shops, a Chinese, a pizza and kebab takeaway and a McColl’s shop, there is also Planet fun and sun city amusements.  

You won’t have far to walk for Fantasy Island as it is just over a 3-minute walk away, you can see the volcano shoot up from the caravan window.  

Fantasy Island Market and Glen Park Market are all within a 5-minute walk by foot also.  

Little more about C3

C3 benefits from being double glazed with electric heating in all rooms of the caravan. Each of the bedrooms has electric radiators on the walls. There are also additional oil heaters should you require them. 

The caravan has had wifi added for your comfort for the 2021 season.

Upon entering the van you will access the hallway for the caravan, this separates the bedrooms from the living room and kitchen area. 

So on your left, you walk into the open plan kitchen, it is fully equipped with an electric cooker and 4 hob stove, kettle, 2 slice toaster, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, kitchen cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The caravan also has an iron for customer use. 

Walking further into the room you enter the dining/living area. There is a seating area for 6 to sit and enjoy an evening meal together there is also a large seating area in front of the 32″ HD Smart TV. There is a large stand-up lamp and electric fire in the living room.

There is a door that opens up to the enclosed veranda on the left of the living area.

Going back to the hallway, directly in front of you is the family bathroom,  it has a walk-in shower, basin, WC plus a bathroom mirror and bin. 

The boiler cupboard is also located in the hallway where it stores a hoover, mop, bucket, and broom for your use during your stay should you require it. 

Next on the right, you have the twin bedroom which has 2 x single beds with a wardrobe and cupboard storage, there is also a wall-mounted mirror. The beds can be changed into a double bed at your request. The room has blackout curtains to allow you to relax a little longer in the morning.  

Next door on the right is the kid’s bedroom with bunk beds, Children under the age of 8 should be supervised at all times for the top bunk due to safety. There is a small wardrobe underneath the top bunk, along with blackout curtains in this room. This room has a star theme around it with a star lamp and star decor on the walls.

Finally, you have the master bedroom which has a double bed, TV mounted on the wall, large wardrobe space, cupboard storage, blackout curtains, and a hairdryer for guest use. There is a mirror with ample plugs close by. 

The final bed is a pull out double sofa bed which is located under the largest part of the sofa in the living room.  

The caravan also has a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained. 

We offer the option of bed linen for your stay, this will include all beds being made up for arrival. Cost is additional for this service. 

Outside the caravan 

C3 has a 17ft x 5ft enclosed veranda which has a small table and chairs on it, Outside the caravan also has a bench to sit and enjoy watching the sunset. 

The caravan also has parking space for 2 cars outside the door, so no carrying the cases far to the caravan.
