About the Property

Spacious 38 x 12  2 bed with king size bed in master room , tv in master room, twin beds, double sofa bed in lounge. Central heating.

5 minute walk to beach

Patio doors open onto balcony at front of the  caravan.  Table and chairs there to sit on.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything you’d need for your stay.  Full sized fridge freezer.  50″ tv & dvd player in lounge, lots of games to play.

Tea towels, hand towels provided.  Also items like washing up liquid, bin bags, tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen roll, toilet rolls, condiments provided to get your holiday started.

Beds can be made up on arrival for a additional charge if you didn’t want to bring your own bed linen and sheets.  Duvets and pillows supplied.  (kingsize, 2 twin beds)  sofabed takes a fitted double sheet and has a double duvet.

Parking for 2 cars next to caravan.

Free Wifi.

Passes to be purchased direct from Haven. 2020 passes only needed for swimming and live lounge.  Not needed for any thing else on site.  2021 will be different again.

Lots of activities to do on site, subject to purchasing a haven fun pass direct from Haven.  Box of buckets spades, crab nets, bbq (need own coal) chairs to borrow to take to beach etc.  season ends end of October.   Outdoor pool (23 May-30 August)

Co-op shop on site, Takeaways on site (Fish and chip shop and Papa Johns).

November December rentals are for caravan use as not many facilities are open.

Please ask about pets, subject to terms and conditions additional cleaning charge will apply.

£100 damages deposit on top of price quoted, refunded 7 day after stay, subject to term and conditions.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Terms & Conditions Rockley Parkes Seaside Escapes.

1. Please read the terms and conditions set out below as they will form an agreement between you and us with regards to your booking and your stay.

2. Definitions; ‘me’, ‘we’, ‘us’ – Rockley Parkes Seaside Escapes Rental ‘you’, ‘your’, ‘guests’ ‘party’ – the person booking the holiday and those named on the booking form.

3. You must be over 25 years of age; you have the authority and responsibility to accept all the conditions on behalf of all the other party members. You must be present throughout the holiday period. 

4. Groups of single sex parties will NOT be accepted – hen and/or stag parties are NOT permitted, this is a family holiday home on a family park

5. The number allowed for the caravan is 6 (six) maximum of 4 (four) adults and 2 (two) children. Ideal number is 4 (four) persons.

6. Holiday deposit; A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £100.00 (one hundred pounds) will be taken upon booking.

7. Paying the balance;  The balance can be paid in installments. The final balance of the holiday cost is to be paid no later than six weeks before your stay please. Failure to pay the balance by that time will result in your holiday dates being re advertised and your holiday cancelled. Your non-refundable deposit will not be returned. 

8. Holidays booked within less than six weeks before the start of the rental will be payable in full upon booking. A damage deposit of £100.00 will be added to the cost of your stay and will be returned to you within seven days of your departure once the caravan and contents have been checked.

9. Cancellation fees  50% refunded 30/15 days before arrival. 100% fee if 14/0 days before arrival.  If we manage to rebook your cancellation we will refund you in full less any loss in price to ourselves. If for any unexpected reason we have to cancel your stay you would receive a refund in full.

10. Payment can be made by electronic bank transfer. The account details will be supplied upon return of completed form.  Your holiday will be reserved when form has been returned.  You will then have 24 Hours to make the £100 deposit if over 6 weeks away or payment in full is required plus £100 damages deposit for your dates to be booked.

11. During your stay; we want you to enjoy your stay and make the most of your holiday, we ask that you be respectful of others in the park who also want to enjoy their holiday. Behavior of our guests and visitors should not be excessive or rowdy, especially at night. Offensive or illegal behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to recover, from the person making the booking, any discretionary compensation payment, or discount we may have to pay to other guests, as a result of your actions, or a member of your party, or of visiting friends.  Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in you and your guests being removed from the holiday home and being asked to leave immediately, if in our sole discretion we feel the conditions have been infringed. No refunds will be given in these circumstances.

  1. Personal property; You are responsible for looking after your own belongings. Please keep your vehicle locked and try not to leave any valuable items on display. If you bring anything valuable with you please check it is covered by your own insurance. We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to your belongings during your stay.

  2. We accept no liability whatsoever for any accidents, loss or damage to your property, unless such loss etc. is demonstrable due to our negligence. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas, electricity etc.) or any disturbance which is beyond our control. In all cases, except personal injury or death, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your holiday with us is limited to the cost of the booking.

  3. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes permitted in the caravan/balcony at any time. If you do wish to smoke then please do so outside at the picnic table.

  4. Please be aware that Haven have a zero tolerance policy with regards to drugs. If Haven staff find that you have taken any illegal drugs or illegal substances they have the right to ask you to leave the park. If this occurs, no refund will be given.

  5. Accidents/mishaps do unfortunately happen, please let us know asap so we can arrange to replace ie glasses plates etc, If damage is caused by you or someone in your party during your stay, the amount to replace or repair the broken item or damage will be deducted from the DEPOSIT. In the event that the damage or loss is greater than £100, we reserve the right to recover the additional cost from you.

  6. Make-up, Nail polish, Fake tan can damage the furniture and soft furnishings and especially linen, if this is found your deposit (extra charge) will be used to replace or clean. Do not use any lotions on the balcony and decking as they are liable to stain and you will be charged for cleaning.

  7. The £100 will also act as a damages deposit, against inventory in the caravan. The £100 deposit will be returned to you within 7 (seven) days subject to the caravan being left in the condition it was found and with no damages or breakages, clean and tidy and rubbish removed. You are not expected to spring clean, just be respectful. Extra cleaning or washing up will be chargeable from your deposit

  8. The caravan is looked after and maintained, on occasion’s accidental damage may occur and cancellation may arise, every effort would be made to try and place you in alternative accommodation. Improvements, maintenance and refurbishment to the park facilities, and its grounds are carried out throughout the year. We will always do our best to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. No compensation will be paid if any of the park facilities are not available as the actions of Haven Holidays (Bourne Leisure) are not related to Rockley Parkes Seaside Escapes in any way.

  9. The Caravan will be ready for you after 3.00pm (1500 hours), we will always try to get you into your Holiday Home on time, but, on occasions this can be a little later than we anticipate.

  10. Please vacate your Holiday Home by 10.00am (1000 hours), if you are late a penalty charge may be given as we need to ensure the holiday home is ready for the arrival of our next guests.

  11. FunWorks passes are not included in the price of your holiday, these can be purchased from the holiday park reception on your arrival or prior to your visit, we highly recommend you check prices with the Park and contact prior to your holiday for FunWorks and Sports Zone Passes.  Passes needed for swimming which during “Covid times’ ‘ is limited to 20 people per 90 mins, so very hard to book.  Live Lounge needs a pass to book.  Mash and Barrel (pub), Sports Zone and arcade you don’t need a pass, but subject to change as things are changing daily so best to call the park to confirm. 

  12. If you think you may have left something in the caravan, please text/call me on 07849 196599 and I will contact my cleaner to ask if she can look for it in the caravan. If the item/items is/are found, then any costs associated with posting back to you will be your responsibility. We accept no responsibility for any loss or damage to your property.

  13. By booking your stay you agree to and accept the terms and conditions.  If you are happy with all the above please sign and return this form, when we receive this we will send booking confirmation and payment details.

  14. It is advised you purchase your own holiday insurance policy for your stay.
