*Holiday insurance should be purchased as you would with any holiday. It is at the customer’s risk to not purchase holiday insurance.
*Once fully paid, if booking is then cancelled no money will be refunded.
*If booking is cancelled 8 weeks or less of arrival date then any monies paid will be forfeited and no money will be returned
*If booking is cancelled 8 weeks + of arrival date then the deposit will be forfeited if not already booked onto system
*If you need to change booking dates and it is more than 8 weeks until arrival date, then this can be done, however an admin fee of £30 will be charged.
*If there are any defects/problems with the caravan it is required that you inform me (the owner) within 2 hours of checking into the van.
*Please do not touch the WiFi box as it may go off and then it takes an engineer visit to reset it, if the customer moves or tampers with WiFi box in any way then the Bond will be forfeited to pay the engineer costs.
*Once booked onto Butlins system if there are any changes to be made i.e. name changes, email address, home address etc it will incur in a £50 admin fee
*Any damage or missing items will result in bond being forfeited to cover costs to replace/fix items.
*If Butlins for any reasons decide they are unable to keep the park open (e.g. adverse weather) then a different break later in the year or the following year will be offered in the case that the customer has not taken out holiday insurance. If the customer has taken out holiday insurance then the customer should claim the holiday amount from the insurance.
*No pets or smoking allowed in the caravan.
*Electric vehicles MUST not be charged from the caravan, this IS AGAINST Butlins rules. There are charging points near to the caravan reception.
* If for any reason you have to leave your break early and head home, unfortunately no partial refund will be given.
*Any guest possessions are left at your own risk, please keep caravan locked at all times when not occupying the caravan.

Behaviour and dress code
To ensure that a safe and secure environment is provided for all guests and team members, we ask that you please show consideration to others and treat people and our facilities with respect at all times. If you come to the resort and do any of the below (or we reasonably suspect you have done or might do any of the below), we’ll tell you to leave the resort immediately, with no refund.
These are standards that we expect from you from the moment you contact us, throughout your break, and during any post-break communications.
Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family environment. You must wear appropriate clothing (including a top and shoes) while inside all of the entertainment venues. If you are wearing clothing or have a tattoo which is indecent or likely to cause offence to other guests or team members, you will be refused entry to the entertainment venue and asked to get changed/cover up your tattoo.
Please note that we do not allow any replica Butlin’s-branded characters or uniforms. Only guests under the age of 15 can wear fancy dress.
