About the Property

Our lovely 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan is fully equipped for your stay and is available all year .

The caravan is situated on the edge of the naze estuary in a nice area away from the road .

It has a nice gated veranda for extra safety with little ones .

It is only a short walk to the lovely sandy blue flag beaches which are well known for fossil

Please note site facilities are only available mid march to November.

There is M&S and Aldi in the town .

Also tesco,Asda will deliver on site .

Passes are not included but can be purchased from reception.

NO ALL MALE/FEMALE GROUPS .

Please note that due to covid-19 we are no longer able to supply bedding .

You would need to bring sheets ,pillow cases and duvet covers .

Booking Terms & Conditions

We require £50 deposit/damage bond paid on booking .the £50 deposit is refunded in full to you at the end of your stay provided there is no major problems.

We arnt worried about the odd cup or plate breakage.

The £50 deposit is none refundable if the holiday is cancelled.

We require the full amount of the holiday to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday .

You can pay in instalments.
