The caravan has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobe and dresser. There are a further 2 x twin bedrooms, also with fitted wardrobes. The shower room includes a large walk in shower with glass screen and sink vanity unit and a separate toilet “cloakroom” with sink.
The lounge and dining area has comfortable wraparound seating for the whole family. Electric fire, 42 inch flat screen TV with freeview and DVD player with a selection of DVD’s. There is also a Sky dish fitted, so if you bring your own Sky box and card, you can just plug it in to view your own Sky package.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with gas oven, full size integrated fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, full size ironing board, hoover and full inventory of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, cups and glasses etc.
Fantastic large deck with views of the boating lake, dining table, parasol and 4 chairs are also provided. There is a lawned garden area to the left of the caravan with shrubs and plants so you are not overlooked by other caravans.
All rooms are provided with pillows and quilts. Bed linen is not included in the price so you will need to bring your own. All gas, electricity and water is included in the price. The entertainment passes are NOT INCLUDED in the price, but these can be purchased from the Primrose Valley reception area if required. This is a no smoking home and unfortunately I cannot accept any pets.

A deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking, please make sure this is paid within 7 days otherwise your booking may be re-let. The remaining balance is due to be paid 6 weeks before commencement of holiday. If payment is not received your booking will be cancelled. If the holiday is booked 6 weeks or less before commencement date the full balance will be due at time of booking.
We do not accept liability for any injury, loss or damage to you, or any member of your family during your stay. We take no responsibility for any of the activities on site as these are controlled by Haven.
Your holiday home is available from 2.30pm on the day of your arrival – you are welcome to arrive at the park before this time and to enjoy the parks facilities – as soon as your holiday home is ready you can move in.
To enable us to prepare your holiday home for the next guests we ask you to vacate by 10.30am on the day of your departure. This period is to allow our cleaners to visit and check the caravan before the arrival of the next guests. Don’t panic if you are running late on your arrival day – with our key box, you can access the caravan anytime from 2.30pm onwards. Should you arrive late please remember that other guests may be asleep – please enter your holiday home as quietly as possible.
Please treat our holiday home with care and consideration so our other guests can continue to enjoy it, should you notice any damage we would be grateful if you could let us know straight away so that we can deal with it. Primrose valley is a family site and bookings from all young male /female parties are not permitted. The Party leader must be over 21 and the number of people in the caravan must not exceed the maximum stated by us. This is to comply with fire and safety regulations and also comfort. ALSO NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN AT ANY TIME. THE CARAVAN IS ALSO PET FRIENDLY SO PLEASE NO PETS AT ALL. Any infringement of these rules will result in immediate loss of your holiday with no refund.
Linen (Duvet Covers, Bottom Sheets & Pillowcases); there is a king-size and double duvet in the main bedroom and single duvets in both twin rooms. Note – Linen MUST be used for hygiene reasons. Mattress protectors are fitted and must not be removed or turned. Tea Towels – Towels – Toiletries and Personal effects.
Finally we understand accidents happen if you should break something could you please let me know or replace it if it is a small item. We want you to enjoy your stay with us at Primrose Valley that is why we have these rules for your comfort. We believe that as our guest you should expect and receive a high standard of service from us and we aim to achieve this by asking you the guest to treat the caravan with care and attention and leave it clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
