Havens Quay West Luxury Platinum Caravan

Bookings

• All prices are in Pounds GB and are not subject to VAT.
• Fuel and electricity are included in price.
• The price/booking for Welsh Holidays 4u is based on:
  • 6 people Max in this caravan including infants and babies
• Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday, or Monday to Monday. Arrival is from 4.00 pm and departure no later than 10.00 am.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total booking value must be received to secure booking.
• The balance of your booking must be received at least 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
• Any cheque payments are payable to “M. Lloyd”
• In the case of bookings made within less than 4 weeks of your holiday start date, the full booking cost is due at time of booking.
• It is the holidaymakers responsibility to get to the caravan, whatever weather conditions prevail.
• We cannot be held responsible for things that go wrong that are out of our control.
• We do accept up to 2 small pets in this caravan, however there is a £25 charge per dog.
• We operate a non-smoking policy within the property.

• Passes for Haven Quay West Site not included will need to be purchased through Haven on arrival.
• Bedding also not included in caravans, but can be supplied on request.

Cancellations

• Notification more than 4 weeks prior to holiday start date – If the cancellation is notified to us more than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, only the non-refundable deposit of 25% will be retained. Any other monies paid will be returned to you.
• Notification less than 4 weeks prior to the holiday start date – If notice of the cancellation is received less than 4 weeks prior to the original start date, and we are unable to re-let the property for the same period, the rental will be payable by you in full. Where the property is re-let, the non-refundable deposit of 25% will be retained, with any other monies paid being returned to you.
• We recommend that you obtain adequate cancellation insurance.

Damage

• If you damage the property or furnishings in any way or leave it in an unacceptable condition we reserve the right to invoice you for such damage or the unacceptable state of the property.

Damage Deposit

• A damage / good housekeeping deposit of £50.00 to £100 depending on type of party is required.
• Please Note:  Due to the increase of littering around the property, especially in the hot tub area we have now introduced a zero tolerance to littering. Any litter found on departure around the property or over the hedge will result in your damage deposit being withheld, this also includes not picking up your cigarette ends. We want you to enjoy your stay, but please respect our property.

The maximum number of people allowed per caravan is stated above and extra persons cannot be accommodated. If you have paid for a certain number of people that is all that will be allowed to stay / use the property and its facilities. The facilities are for the paying guests only. Please note we do not allow additional guests unless agreed with us prior to arrival whether staying or just visiting the property during your stay and the numbers MUST NOT exceed the number stated for each caravan. If additional people are found at the property without us being made aware we reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and no refund will be given where this condition is breached, and your damage deposit will also be retained..
