About the Property
Our lovely 4 bed caravan has one double and 3 twin bedrooms. It’s a very spacious caravan. Has a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge with 40 inch freeview tv, ps2 games console, ps2 games, dvd player and dvds, iron, ironing board, travel cot and Hoover. It benefits from having 2 toilets. Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels aren’t.
It has a large grass area to the side and back of the caravan. Large patio area, table and chairs.
Butlins has so much to offer with funfair, watersplash world, indoor play area and entertainment in 3 venues all included. There is also, go karts, crazy golf, bowling, cinema, quaser, high rope activities, archery and much more for a small charge.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit is £50 for family breaks, £100 for adult only breaks.
The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your holiday. It is also non refundable should there be any damage to the caravan.
Smoking is not permitted in the caravan, if this rule is broken and the caravan should smell of smoke, your deposit will be used to steam clean the caravan carpets, curtains and upholstery.
The deposit isn’t taken off of your holiday cost, it is kept as your damages bond and returned after your holiday upon confirmation of no loss or damage.
