Thank you for visiting our website about our holiday home, Our caravan is situated on the South View Holiday Home Park just five minutes drive from Skegness, You can see from the gallery that the caravan is kept immaculately as this is our holiday home too.

The caravan is 30ft long and sleeps as a 8 berth, there is a Double bed in bedroom one and two singles in bedroom two and two singles in bedroom three, bedroom two and three can have the beds pushed together to make doubles,the lounge sofa doubles as a pullout double bed.

The caravan has wall mounted electric heaters in every room so holidays in the colder months are always cosy and warm, there is a large shower unit with a power shower attached.

The kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and a double gas oven to cater for all of your cooking needs and also has a fridge and separate freezer.

Parking is available for up to three cars.

Please note unfortunately we do not accept any pets, and no smoking.

There is also a £75 security bond which will be returned within 7 days of your holiday ending if there is NO damages or breakages and our holiday home is left in the clean and tidy state as you found it.

Balance to be paid 4 weeks before booking dates.

Under 4 week booking date then full balance to be paid.
