Paying for my booking:
When booking a holiday with us, you are required to pay 25% of the holiday cost at time of booking.
You will then be sent an invoice for the remaining balance which will need to be paid in full 4 weeks prior to check in date.
If booking within 4 weeks of arrival date, you will be required to pay 25% deposit at time of booking, and you will be issued with an invoice for the
remaining balance which is to be paid within 24 hours of the booking.
If booking within 48 hours of arrival, you will again be required to pay 25% deposit and the remaining balance is to be paid before you receive the check in information.
To cancel a booking, this must be done by email, from the email used for the original booking. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted.
Refunds for cancelled bookings are on the following scale:
over 8 weeks prior check in date: 100% refund
Over 4 weeks prior to check in: 75% refund (deposit is kept)
less than 4 weeks of check in date: 50% refund
Less than 2 weeks of check in date: No refund will be given
