Your holiday home is available from 2pm on the day of your arrival – you are welcome to arrive at the park before this time, and enjoy the parks facilities – as soon as your holiday home is ready you can move in.
To enable us to prepare your holiday home for the next guests we ask you to vacate by l0am on the day of your departure.
Don’t panic if you are running late – with our key box you can access the caravan anytime from 2pm onwards. Should you arrive late please remember that other guests might be asleep – please enter your holiday home as quietly as possible. If its liable to be dark bring a torch.
CARE Please treat your holiday home with care and consideration so our other guests can continue to enjoy it, should you notice any damage we would be grateful if you could let us know straight away, so we can deal with it. We know accidents can happen and everyone tries to be careful and while we don’t charge for the odd broken plate or glass. It’s rare to happen but if repairs or cleaning costs are excessive, we will seek to recover expenses.
Your holiday home will be inspected at the end of each holiday and you may be charged for any loss or damage found.
The park reserves the right to enter any accommodation under any special circumstances or emergencies.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed in the caravans (compliance with any restrictions applied must be adhered to) You can smoke out on the patio but please clear up any butts.
BAD BEHAVIOUR We, or the park staff, reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation – should any guest’s unreasonable behaviour impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.
PRICE GUARANTEE We guarantee that the cost of your holiday will be as agreed and shown on the booking form. If there has been an error in the price advertised, then we remain the right to ask you for the correct price or we will offer a refund of any monies paid.
If you need to alter the original booking form statements (guests names etc..) this must be done at least four weeks before the starting date of your holiday.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING Linen – Duvet Covers – Bottom Sheets – Pillow Cases (unless you hire it from us, ONLY AVAILABLE IN Bay view, Swan View or West Acres 3 bed) – Tea Towels – Towels. Washing up Materials – Toiletries and Personal effects.
HOLIDAY HOME The regulations for all holiday homes is that they are not allowed to ‘sleep’ more than the number of beds inbuilt into the caravan. Only the named people on your booking form are permitted to occupy the caravan and use the parks facilities. Should this rule be abused; your holiday will be terminated without compensation. Babies – no matter how young – count as a ‘ bed ‘ user in the caravans sleeping capacity.
NB:- Park Security personnel have the right to check any person in the park and ask to see their ‘PARK PASS’ you will collect yours when you arrive at the park reception to pay for them .Please do not lose this pass as there is now a charge levied by the Park to replace them.
PARK REGULATIONS Owing to the park’s regulations, we are unable to accept bookings from; – I. AlI male / female parties, i.e. stag and hen parties, family same sex groups i.e. grandmother, mother and daughter would be allowed as would same sex couples. 2.Any groups under 21.
Dogs are not permitted in all caravans any guest found to have a pet that has not been agreed with and paid for in advance will be promptly asked to leave the caravan/park immediately and their holiday cost will not be refunded. We cannot guarantee that pets have not been in the caravan so please be aware if anyone has serious allergies. Should your dog cause any damage to the caravans’ fixtures and fittings you will be responsible for the total cost of any repair needed. If this effects the next guest going in this could mean you will be liable for any compensation if they cannot take their holiday or this effects their holiday experience. We love dogs but not everyone does so for the comfort of everyone please don’t allow them to jump over the furniture.
BOOKING YOUR HOLIDAY Please make sure that the dates are still available. Either by our contact us form, e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 01903 730135 or 07891 570915; -then Fill the online booking form in and submit it to us along with your 20% deposit or full payment if booking within 8 weeks of your holiday starting. . Upon receipt, we will confirm your booking by e-mail/post. Your Deposit must reach us within 24 hours of booking if paying by bank transfer or payment into our bank account. We will allow 3 working days if paying by cheque. If we don’t receive the booking form and deposit in the above time frame, we will assume that you no longer wish to reserve the dates booked and the dates will be re-advertised.
Should you not take/cancel the booked holiday (for whatever reason) deposits paid are non-refundable. We advise you to take out cancellation / holiday insurance to safeguard your money in the event of you not being able to take your planned holiday, e.g. sickness, loss of earning – often this can be obtained through your bank/post office) Any other payments made are also non-refundable. Although We will try to re-let your date wherever possible and offer a part refund if we can.
BALANCE The balance of your holiday must be paid eight weeks (8) weeks prior to the start of your holiday. please (No reminders will be sent) Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque, Standing Order or Bank Transfer, please make cheques payable to SHADZ HOLIDAYS
We require a £50 security deposit to be sent with your payment for your holiday, this is fully refundable when the caravan has been checked after your departure, as long as the caravan is left clean and tidy (washing up done/put away and all rubbish removed), no loss or damage has occurred and you have left on time this will be returned with 10 days of your holiday ending.
We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage to property whilst in the caravan or park.
If we have to cancel your booking for any reason, we will refund any monies paid. If for whatever reason the caravan you have chosen becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to transfer your booking to a similar standard caravan but would contact you as soon as the need arose.
We take no responsibility for any of the activities on site as these are controlled by Haven.

The information you provide on the booking form are only used to process your booking. They are kept for our records and are kept securely. If you are buying the Haven passes, we will provide you with the form, but we will only share your name and not any of your contact details such as address or phone numbers. They need your name for their insurance purposes. The only other information we share with Haven is your car registration that you supply and whether you have any pets or not. If you choose to share your details to reception when you arrive that is up to you. Our records are kept for our use only and are kept securely.
We will not under any circumstances, share or sell your personal details with any third party for marketing purposes.
