Booking Terms & Conditions

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

MINIMUM BOOKING IS 3 NIGHTS MIDWEEK OR 2 NIGHTS WEEKEND (EXCLUDING BANK HOLIDAYS AND TERM TIMES).

CHECK IN IS 2.30 PM AND CHECKOUT IS 10.00 AM

Entertainment passes are not included but can be purchased on site.
Restrictions will apply on bookings from all-male or all-female parties of 3+ people, if not immediate family or couples -please contact us prior to booking.
The lead guest who books, must be 25 years or over at the time of booking.
Park facilities and entertainment operate seasonally and are subject to availability.
No contractors, commercial or sign written vehicles, including transit vans and trailers, are permitted at this park.
Each adult, child and baby will count as an individual person, allocated to a berth and in total must not exceed the total number of berths (6) – children under the age of 2 years are still considered as one person for this purpose.
WIFI is very restricted.

A £100.00 non-refundable deposit is required on booking which will secure your booking. The final balance of your holiday will be due 4 weeks prior to your holiday start date unless otherwise agreed. In the event your payment does not reach us by the due date we reserve the right to re let the caravan.

A security bond of £150 is payable with the final balance of your holiday.  The security bond is refundable upon full satisfactory inspection of the caravan (No damage or loss and that the caravan is left clean and tidy as found) Charges will apply where extra cleaning is needed.

For any bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of holiday payment plus bond must be paid in full before the holiday can be confirmed as booked. Failure to do so may be deemed as a cancellation of your booking and being sold to another person.

If you need to cancel your holiday after the balance has been paid and providing it is more than 2 weeks prior to your break, then you will be charged 30% of the total amount to cover administration costs. After this time no refund will be given.

On the day of departure, you must vacate your caravan no later than 10am unless otherwise agreed prior to day of departure If you have not vacated by 10.15am a charge of £5 per half hour may be applied and deducted from your security bond.

The lodge should be left in a clean and tidy condition as found. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakages or damage done to the caravan and its contents during their stay. On departure the key/s must be placed in the key safe and all doors locked and windows closed. Failure to do so may  result in the loss of the security bond.

Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the lodge. However you may smoke or vape outside the lodge but please do not throw cigarette ends onto the area surrounding the units. Please dispose of them responsibly and carefully and not within the bins inside the units.

We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party, your belongings are also your responsibility during your stay.

The lodge is insured for a maximum number of 6 guests as follows (infants in a travel cot count as an occupier.
