Lodge description and photo’s below. As previous guests have conveyed the photo’s don’t do the lodge justice, pleasant surprise on arrival at the layout and size of the property internally and externally.

Holiday Rental. Discount for stays of 10 nights or more.

Initial Booking deposit required. Arrangement for the full rental cost can be paid in installments prior to the arrival date. Contact email address for further agreement details and advice.

Rental Price:- From £60 per night includes accommodating up to 4 guests.
7 night stay for up to 4 guests is £420.00 includes all utilities. Complimentary Tea, Coffee, Sugar and milk for guests on arrival. No hidden charges.

Set in it’s own large mature garden areas to all sides in a Countryside Location on the outskirts of the Cultural City of York, near the Yorkshire Wolds and Moors. Ideal central location to visit York and many of Yorkshires varied attractions to include the East Coast. Centrally heated. Continuous supply of hot water.

Several files containing a wealth of information of places to visit in York, surrounding areas, wider radius. Included Maps. Range of books and games provided.

Few minutes walk to the Bus stop from the Lodge. Regular good Daytime/Evening bus service to York and to York Railway Station, Market Town of Pocklington, Beverley, Hull and the coast. Bus passes accepted.

Few minutes walk from the lodge is an Oriental Restaurant/Pub. Also a Mediteranean cafe/takeaway.

Lodge internally is on one level and has in the past accommodated guests with disabilities.

Few steps up to the front door or patio doors.

Lodge Comprises of:-

Large comfortable lounge, dining area with access door to the patio’s, semi open plan to the snug and good size well stocked kitchen. Patio doors lead of the snug onto one of the veranda’s that continues around the lodge to a patio. Veranda Overlooks a large lawn mature private garden of flowers, trees and shrubs. Wide range of garden furnishings. Sunny position ideal for dining out Al Fresco, breakfast on the veranda.

2 Double bedrooms. ( 1 can also be used as a snug, diner or playroom) has it’s own access door onto the veranda.

Bathroom 1. Adjacent to all bedrooms of the hallway is a good size bathroom with a large corner bath and shower tap attachment. Toilet, Sink.

Private drive to accommodate 2 vehicles. Nearby secure parking facilities for any additional vehicles if required.

Lodge is in peaceful countryside setting offering privacy to relax or eat out alfresco on the patio or veranda. Gated providing a safe area for children to play.

Property is continually maintained to a good standard, having recently been redecorated throughout. New shower, cubicle and tiled shower room flooring. Refurbished to areas externally.
