Dining Area – a wonderful comfortable area giving the ideal seating arrangement for getting everyone together at family meal times or to play traditional board games.

Kitchen – Fully fitted with Fridge / Freezer, Washing Machine / Dryer combo. Built-in Dish washer, Gas Cooker and Hob, Toaster, Kettle and even a slow cooker.

There is also a Coffee Machine which accepts the Nespresso style little pods.

Everything you need is to hand – even the unbreakable drinking glasses for use while in the hot-tub.

Bathroom – Fully fitted with shower, heated towel rail W.C. and bathroom storage.

Bedrooms – There are 2x twin rooms, both are generously sized, both fitted with TV/DVD players and Freeview Channels.

The Master Bedroom – has its own TV with Freeview channels, and the room also boasts its own en-suite with shower, W.C. bathroom storage, heated towel rail and walk-in wardrobe.

Storage is not in short supply in this lodge.

Fully equipped with Gas Central Heating, and thermostatically controlled radiators though-out.

The Lodge is situated on a “cul-de-sac” type road, where traffic does not drive by. There is a large green lawned area, next to the lodge, which again is Lakeside and ideal for families with children who wish to play outside.

The decking that wraps around the lodge from the main entrance, around to the front, provides the ideal platform for outside dining and using the hot tub.

Relax in the evening, reading one of a selection of books, chosen for all ages.

Bookings are being taken for Christmas and New Year.

The lodge is licenced for, and open ALL-YEAR ROUND.

The site also has Wi-Fi internet access, although additional Internet access (over Mobile Broadband) can be provided for a small additional charge.
