About the Property

New to the holiday let market for 2021 The Butcher’s Retreat is a newly refurbished spacious house in the heart of Seahouses.

Upstairs consists of a spacious king-sized bed, a double-bedded room, and a twin-bedded room there is also a newly fitted bathroom with a separate bath and shower.

Downstairs the large kitchen area is perfect for entertaining and socialising, with a brand new fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher and a large oak dining table too.

Conveniently there is also a downstairs toilet.

The living room is spacious and comfortable with a flat-screen television.

Free parking for one car is available at the property – and a parking permit for the public car park can be given on request when booking.

Free WIFI available at the property.

One (well behaved) dog is permitted at the property. Adding additional dogs can be discussed during booking.

A secured fenced area at the front of the property will be in place from April.

Saturday to Saturday bookings.

We do have some short break dates available so get in touch.
