The Cornish Pearl is a popular holiday home for people who are getting married in the town or if you are special invited guests as the house is spacious enough for all those extra special items for a special day

The town house is based over three floors with the sitting room, dining area, kitchen and utility area being on the ground floor, two bedrooms, the family bathroom and separate WC and washbasin on the second floor and the wonderfully light loft room is on the third floor. About 50 feet behind Cornish Pearl is a very conveniently located privately owned pay and display car park. There is an alternative car park two minutes away at. a cheaper tariff

Accommodation consists of Sitting/ Dining Room with L-shaped sofa, snuggle chair and tub armchair, foot stool, TV/ Smart DVD player where you can access Netflix or Iplayer, gas fire, table with four chairs and bench, iPod dock, Wi-Fi, DVD’s and games
Kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker and more. Door leads to
Utility Room with washing machine, area to hang wet suits etc. and back door to small storage area at rear. Price of property includes bedding, towels, tea and coffee for arrival and welcome gift pack for anyone booking one week or more.

Booking Terms & Conditions

A deposit of one third is required at time of booking with final full payment payable six weeks prior to arrival date.

Cancellation terms: – Full refund available up to 14 days after paying deposit. 75% refundable twelve weeks before arrival. 10% refundable after full payment and up to 12 days before arrival. (75% will still be refunded if the weeks/s booked are re-let.)

Check in is from 3pm on changeover days and Check out is at 10am.
